This acme accuses people who pay of stealing. There new system sucks. I was so pissed! I even showed her my receipt. She looks at me and says did you check out. I'm like, you idiot, I'm showing you my receipt. Time, all items bought. Still couldn't move, cart was locked. Had to take my stuff out of the cart and carry it. I had 2 big waters and a bag. Your system sucks and so do you! You left me feeling accused of stealing items and would not let me leave the store. I felt so embarrassed as everyone was watching. I almost want to talk to an attorney and I may. You can't hold people against their will, even after furnishing you with a receipt. When I talked to the manager, she was over running her mouth. All I got from her was blah blah blah.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke. We're traveling and needed to get a prescription filled early. My doctor sent the refill in, usually I get a text the same day that it's ready, but a week went by and nothing. I call the pharmacy and immediately I'm put on hold. 20 minutes later, I gave up and called back, no answer.An hour later I finally got a human and she explains they can't fill the prescription for another week and that's it's too early and insurance won't cover it that early, but the day she wants to fill it is the day we leave. So I ask if there's anything she can do, she says she can try to do it a day earlier if the insurance company would let her.Still concerned we had no backup plan if there was an issue the day before we left, I asked if there was any way to check with the insurance company to see if there was some override for circumstances like travel. She tells me I have to call the insurance company for that.So, an hour on the phone with the insurance company later, they're absolutely bewildered why I'm the one calling them because the pharmacy has a specific number they are supposed to call for overrides and it's a simple process, they could fill the prescription today if she just calls the number.So, I call the pharmacy back and explain I've spoken to insurance, the pharmacy has to put in a request.Well now, she says they'll fill it three days early because that's the federal limit on how early they can fill it, but makes no mention of insurance being an issue.So, I'm confused now because I've been told now multiple different things, none of them lining up. The insurance company apparently isn't an issue, and never was an issue, and I just wasted an hour of my time trying to sort that out. I ask to speak to the manager to both get clarification why I've been told different things each call, and why I wasn't just told from the beginning the earliest it could be filled was three days before the date.The manager could not have cared less about the issue. When I pressed that I'd wasted all this time today and didn't need to, her best advice was to have our prescriptions filled somewhere else if I didn't like the service I was getting.If you want rude employees and to waste hours of your day, this is the place for you.

I needed to purchase a bag of Purina Dog Chow and the 20 lb was not available. That left the 46 lb and it was too heavy for me. Brianna graciously lifted it into my cart for me and accompanied me to my car and put it in the trunk. That is customer service and she is to be commended. Thank her so much

Just left Acme when you enter there is a sign requesting patrons to wear mask. When I entered the door to the store there was a female in an Acme shirt sitting on a motor scooter with her feet up on the basket with her mask around her neck chewing on her finger nail and playing on her phone. I just want to say a special "Thank You" to the gentleman that did a special order of 50 pieces of chicken for me today on thanksgiving. Originally when I called Monday the manager said they weren't frying any chicken on thanksgiving day. She put me on hold and spoke with the employee who was working today and he said yes he would do this special order. My family is so grateful for you and your kindness.
