I found this wonderful place today, called and spoke to Sandy. She was so personable & friendly. Sandy walked me through the process, took my app over the phone since I live in MD & it couldn’t be easier. Within one hour my husband & I drove up to Advance America in Newark, DE & we had the pleasure of meeting a very sweet Sandy. She was so welcoming. The service Sandy gave us was amazing and super quick! We thank you Sandy for the excellent service we received, we will be recommending Sandy and the Newark office to our family & friends!

I was helped by Carolyn when I walked into Advanced America and she greeted me with a very warm welcome. I needed a loan because I was having car issues and Carolyn went over all the details step by step with me with great encouragement. I was blessed to get approved within 20 mintues. She was sooo helpful with lots of great knowledge and I appreciate her time and service in helping me get approved for the loan. Great service and I will always come back anytime I need a loan. Fast approval!!

Husband received a call from Advance America asking for me telling him they couldn't discuss information. Led him to believe I'd opened an account. I called them and they claim they were doing their job. They had sent me a letter about loan availability and were just following up, called husband's cell and work phone. Terrible business practice. Sounds more like harassment.
