AutoZone gave me the wrong tap twice, Advance has a much better drill bit, tap and die selection. Definitely the place to go if you need to re-thread anything. Only place I found a 14-1.25 tap last minute.

I wasn't sure exactly what I needed, and an employee (I wish I got his name) was very helpful. He helped me look up the right product, find it on the shelf, and decide the right amount to buy. Price seemed fair. Store was bright, clean, and appeared well-stocked

Ordered a car piece, they told me to call in a week to come pick it up. Called after a week and “couldn’t find it”. They told me to call again the next day, again I call and still can’t find it. I call again and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes because it says it’s been delivered but they can’t seem to find it.The worst customer service.
