Zion was the consumate professional! The store was very busy and she handled each customer timely and politely. I had not even intended to purchase anything because I was shopping with my daughter who was purchasing. Low and behold, I ended up purchasing as well because of Zion's grace...she is a keeper! I will be back!!

Recently went to Aldo looking for a specific pair of gold shoes I had in mind. Zion helped me find a pair of shoes I didn’t know I needed and had the warmest energy. Shout out to her!!! 🤩

Zion and Chanel were absolutely amazing in helping with sizes and telling us about sales. It was my first time in the ALDO so it was a pleasant surprise to see great merchandise and receive wonderful service.

I recently visited Aldo and had an amazing experience thanks to Eli and Zion! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the positive energy and great vibe of the place. Elijah, in particular, is doing an incredible job turning things around. You can tell he’s dedicated to making improvements, and it's really paying off—the store has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay and explore.
Zion is also an absolute standout, always ready to help and providing excellent customer service. Both Eli and Zion work seamlessly together, and it’s clear they’re a strong team that genuinely cares about the store and the customers. The environment is relaxed but professional, and it's obvious they’re committed to making every shopping experience enjoyable. I have been going to this mall for a decade now, and I’m just now noticing this store because of the great and amazing work that being put into it! I Highly recommend checking it out—especially with the new changes going on! Keep up the great work, Eli!

I bought a pair of shoes for an event and I wore them for 30 min and I found them highly uncomfortable. I ended up changing to a pair of shoes I already had. I was still within the 60-day period so I went to go return them however the sales associate was not the most helpful or understanding. He told me once worn they can’t accept it — No one had mentioned this policy to me when I bought the shoes— and the one who sold them to me was the manager. Never did he mention this— so I was not aware. I bought them in a rush as I had been looking everywhere for them and the mall was closing. The associate called the manger and they told me that they could have me exchange the shoes for a different pair but then came back and went back on his word, saying no actually they can’t take them but they were telling me to buy another pair of shoes for a “discount”. I found this very off putting because the shoes are still in good condition. If this is a policy … Let your customers know.

Came in with a certain pair of shoes in mind Eli was so helpful and efficient! He was the only one on the floor at the time and he was attentive to everyone’s requests! He did a great job…. Not pushy. Very polite and helpful. I bought the shoes :)
