I recently purchased a new computer at the Apple Store in the Christiana Mall and received what can only be described as truly exceptional service across multiple visits.
My initial purchasing experience was handled by Miguel. I visited the store three times before committing, and Miguel was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering every single question I had to ensure I selected the perfect computer for my specific needs. When I changed my mind on the color, the exchange was handled seamlessly, which I greatly appreciated. He truly took the time to make the buying decision stress-free.
The service didn't stop there. I later required extended care for a crucial data recovery issue. Miguel quickly set me up with the Genius Bar, where I met Josh. Josh worked with me for an astonishing seven hours to save the photos on my old backup hard drive—pictures from the first five years of my children's lives. Losing these would have been devastating. Josh was relentless, keeping an incredibly positive attitude while diligently trying a variety of complex solutions and even pulling in colleagues for creative ideas. I was so impressed that Miguel even came by to check on my progress during this lengthy data recovery session.
The professionalism and dedication of the team, especially Josh and Miguel, achieved every goal I set out to accomplish. Not only did I walk away with an incredible new computer, but they also saved my most precious digital memories. This is truly top-notch service. Thank you!

My I phone 16 plus in (Teal) started having battery issues. The phone is rattling on the inside of the phone. This phone started not recognizing its battery leaving it at 1% then it would shut down and recognize its full charge battery life. I called apple support and was on the phone with them for 4 hrs. After all that they told me they could not complete the last step to send me out a box for a replacement! They then told me they have a technician at an Apple Store on site that will be able to help me better than she was able to on the phone. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!! I then head up to my closest apple location near me (1.50hr) ride to hopefully get the issue resolved or a replacement beings this is an APPLE STORE! You would think they would be able to help me resolve this issue. However, they did offer to order a part to eventually come into the store but I would have to come back for them to just fix it leaving more issues to then deal with after owning this phone for just under a year… the worker told me if I wanted to be able to get a replacement phone so I would no longer have any issues for later down the road “I would have to call apple again” because they can assure me a replacement! Not pleased with having to drive up there, wait for and hr to be seen, to then be told they can’t do anything from the store. I leave for vacation less than 30 days and won’t be able to take photos. I do not recommend going into an Apple Store looking for repairs because they won’t be able to help you! If you are looking to purchase a new iPhone BE CAREFUL. I will be considering other options from now on!

It was ok but when I left it was dark and my internet stoped working. It took me over an hr in car and finally found a way to get my house off line. I don’t know this area and I wouldn’t had found my way back. Between 70 yrs old. Can’t see in dark I was frantic I had to hold my phone the whole time and cars were places I couldn’t see it was awful ! Never again, I didn’t except to be in Apple so long My car is probably the worst car for Blind Stops I was petrified in the dark and not knowing exactly where I was going and the signs and I had to get over to the left all the way it was awful never again

They didn’t email me a receipt or even ask if I wanted one. I had to come back the next day and wait an hour just to get a printed copy.

While this Apple Store is often a busy, high-traffic location, the staff does an excellent job handling the volume of visitors. Their service is truly exceptional, especially when assisting with new device setups. They are incredibly thorough: you can walk in with your old phone and walk out with your new one, with everything seamlessly transferred and loaded. It feels as if there was no switch at all—a remarkably helpful and efficient service!
