I went on a Saturday morning and this place was packed with people. Yet, I was still able to be helped by one of the very nice and knowledgeable staff members that work here. Their genius bar is top notch, they really know how to diagnosis and address any issues with your apple devices

The floor manager Jonathan has gone above and beyond for me while navigating problems with apple tech support. He has truly made such an impact to my experience and as a customer, I can only hope to have such amazing support from everyone

This Apple Store was so easy to do my business at with lots of staff members standing around waiting for questions/help with products. The store was really busy on the weekend and there were no lines.

We spent 5 hours here with our old iMac. Bridget was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

Place and service sucks had an appointment at 6:45 pm got there at 6:30 pm and they had meWaiting till almost 8:00 pm just to tell me that I had to come back the next day cause they were closing the worse part it’s that nobody wanted to help me employees just kept walking by me ignoring me and helping costumers that were there after I was the next day went to T-Mobile and was in and out of there in 30 mins with my cell phone fix for free cause it had warranty and Apple wanted to charge me $300

Nice store but all their products are overpriced. They need to lower theirs prices. The workers will come up and ask you how may they help you.

It's a busy store in a busy mall so manage your expectations. I know what I wanted so purchasing my iPad Pro 12.9 was easy breezy.

Positive: Jake with the Apple Vision Pro. He was very knowledgeable and I was close to purchasing it but adult responsibilities stopped meNegative: our female salesperson. Idk if she has a problem with men or what, but she was very rude to me and questioned me to my wife. I went to pick out a case for my wife to help her and apparently that annoyed our salesperson who took it upon herself to pick the wrong color case for my wife. Terrible attitude the whole time.

Some of the worst service. Part of this is apples fault part of it is this store. You come in for help and have to wait but there are constantly employees standing around. They are also just kinda of rude. This is all amplified that your there to buy a $1000+ item possibly several if your a family, you’d think they would care more.
