I have been working with Twila McKenney at Oasis by APR for years!!! She is so easy to deal with. Explains everything, has great recommendations with products and very patient with those of us who are overwhelmed and undecided! I have worked with her on 3 different homes. This last one was a huge job and I couldn’t have done it without her. After a few projects she knows my taste. I think this type of a relationship is a huge advantage. I will always seek her out at APR for any plumbing needs!

Staff was helpful when I was in the showroom but after my order for new kitchen cabinet pulls things went downhill. My order was delayed because it was initially shipped to the wrong site, which was disappointing but things happen. But then after I had paid in full for the invoice, picked up the hardware and installed it on my brand new kitchen cabinets (drilling the holes in the new cabinets to match the sizes of the pulls (handles) I ordered), I received a call that they had misquoted one of the sizes of pulls and it should have cost more (over $150 more, 20% more than the original price). I was told that if I did not pay for the difference they were going to charge my contractors account for the difference anyway. At that point I could not make any adjustments to the size of the hardware since the holes were already drilled and so I paid the additional money since it did not seem like I had a choice. However, I will not go back to deal with them again after that.

Service could be a lot nicer. Being friendly with your clients goes along way. My family business often goes out of our way to another supplier because of how friendly the sales associates (the ones we have worked with) can be.Fair pricing and convenient location

Every time I go to APR for anything, they always come through. I absolutely love working with Twila McKenney. She is so friendly and helpful and always goes the extra mile to see that you are satisfied with your order. I would highly recommend shopping at APR Supply for all your bathroom and kitchen needs.

Salesperson knowledgeable of products. Products sold are of good quality. Was told at beginning that there was a 25% restocking fee on returned items. When I went to return one item( never even taken out of the box), I was told that there was a 50% restocking fee dictated by the manufacturer. After spending $5000 you might expect they would cover their mis-information($65)- nope !!!! Beware, APR is not as customer friendly as Bell Supply was.

Poor customer satisfaction on attempted returns, for items bought through a catalog. Unwilling to even try to make us happy or negotiate a solution. Lost a customer today

A Bell Supply truck tried to deliberately hit me and run me off the road on Monday on route 4. I guess I cut him off but didn't mean to and didn't realize it. He caused me to swerve and almost lose control. Nice.

Upgraded my master bathroom. I thought I had a design figured out until I walked into APR Supply. Their showroom is not only amazing but I was astonished about the selection of various items that I never knew existed. I worked with a sales woman by the name of Ann O'leary. She was great. Walked me through the design and selections and most appreciatively answered any questions I had over the phone. Highly recommended.
