I ordered parts for my mower. I was told it would take a week. Called them after 10 days of hearing nothing. I was then told the parts would be delivered the Friday or Monday after the call. I still did not receive a phone call. Called a week later and was told the parts were never received at the store. And that they are on back order. Waited 3 weeks. Terrible customer service!

I inherited a 15 year old mower that was missing some parts. I needed help determining what I needed and expected to need to order whatever it was.
Let me just say, Aaron is the MAN at the parts counter. He quickly located just the bracket I needed and they had it in stock.
So for under 10 minutes and $10 invested, I'm on my way to getting this thing working.

Before you purchase any equipment here, consider this Story.. I originally inquired about a John Deere tractor that was online and come to find out it was sold the previous day. The sales persend after back-and-forth convinced me to go with a new tractor that is for my landscape company so I went with. I decided on a 3032E with attachments.I was told that it would be shipped to Newark Delaware for me to pick up with everything ready in about a week. I was called 8 days later telling me it. It was ready to be picked up so I drive 1.5 hours to pick up my tractor. I Get there and there is no attachments ready. And my imatch system was not even there. The people in Delaware. We're more worried about clocking out at 5 o'clock. Then, servicing and getting my machine ready. I Talk to my sales rep and decide to take the tractor and go get the imatch system from my local dealer So I don't have to drive back to Pick It Up in Delaware. I then go to my local dealer to pick up the imatch system and get a smart attitude from the sales person there. When I told him what I went through and said well, we could have helped you here. I now have a tractor that Put the attachments on myself And I also did not receive the manuals that I was supposed to.. They have turned what was supposed to be a happy experience of getting a new piece of equipment into a nightmare.

Took my john deere d130 in for service. Wanted to have it serviced for the upcoming cutting season. Waited for over two weeks, before I got a reply! And the only reason they reached out to me, is because I went on there website and complained to a live chat line! Things get worst from there. Had to wait alit longer for a response for the estimate and repairs. Not only was my calls not answered after attempting to call for three day's, to only get the answering machine! And no one never returns my calls. I thought the service was unacceptable! First time there, and Last time there! Definitely wouldn't recommend taking your lawn equipment there for service! Always a line in there jus to make a purchase! ATLANTIC TRACTOR in Newark Delaware!

Hi this is Robert I already have a 420 garden tractor that I took Atlantic Tractor John Deere dealer they charge me over $1,000 to work on it one month later wish I never got a chance to really use it because it rained when I'm dead to get around it to it doing the same thing I take it to him they said they going to look at it and end up charging me again supposed to be in 250 I went up there and talked to him they told me now $400 they're trying to tell me they need to take my motor off they already been problems with them so I said no I called another company had him pick it up the company is Marlboro mowers they fixed it they didn't have to take the motor off they fix my John Deere 420 garden tractor half the price that John Deere John Deere want to take the motor off and charge me $1,800 I believe they never looked at it no all I have to say is don't trust Craig the service manager do not believe what Matt the manager of the place beware take your equipment to up on Upper Marlboro mowers he's good he won't cheat you and it's not like these people like I said go back and look at my first writing under Robert m about the John Deere 420 garden tractor real Crooks John Deere Atlantic tractors in Upper Marlboro don't trust them
