Let's start off with the lack of pride this young group of workers had! They must be playing some sort of game in the drive thru. "How can I help you" in the slowest spread out voice ever. My husband gave the 1st order no response silence. My husband said "Did you get that"? Ugh yeah so he gives the 2nd order in the same slowest voice words drawn out read back the order. When we pulled up to the window 3 kids where laughing really hard. One pops their head all the way out the window and whispered something I was in the front passenger and I did not hear what she said. After about 9 minutes of waiting we finally start to get food. Meanwhile all three are all laughing and playing no one is working. We are about to pull off my husband had to stop wave them down to get his drink. We leave head home I'm getting the kids their fries COLD, my husband sips his drink and says taste that I taste it it's sweet tea that has had all the ice melt and was super watered down. My daughter 2 w a mouth full of teeth attempts to bite her "chicken nugget" makes a face says all done she couldn't even bite into it. They looked like end pieces of chicken tenders. They must have ran out and were to lazy to say we need to fry up more. No stick old hard nuggets in a bag for a kids meal. No work ethic nor pride! I would be embarrassed to be them and have the lack of respect and dignity in my performance! Needless to say everything was old and cold and watered down. If I could give negative stars I would!!!

I LOVE visiting THIS Arby's during Happy Hour! During Happy Hour you can get the small fries, small shakes, small soft drinks and the sliders for $1 EACH. I was in the area and in need of a QUICK lunch, so I stopped by. At the time it was DRIVE-THEU ONLY (No dine-in service). Thankfully, the line was super short this day! I ordered a few of the roast beef sliders, a small crinkle cut fry and a small soft drink. Roast beef sliders were tasty and the CRINKLE cut fries were excellent. Soft drink (Dr. Pepper) seemed a little flat or off (not as zesty). Service was pretty quick. Food was all served up warm and fresh. I would definitely recommend and I will be back.

Stopped in the Arby's during Happy Hour 2-5pm. Was SO HAPPY to see that this location was still offering a Happy Hour menu and reduced pricing during the pandemic! I ordered 2 roast beef sliders and a small value crinkle cut fry. Each is only $1 during Happy Hour. So, my total was $3. Service was surprisingly fast and friendly. Dining room appeared clean, but I chose to do take out due to the pandemic. I did use the restroom and it was clean. Food was served up hot and tasty. New crinkle cut fries are excellent. I would recommend and I will be back.

This by far is the best Arbys I've ever been to; after tonight's experience I'm convinced they're better than Chick-fil-a! For starters, every time my family orders here the cashiers are friendly, and they get my order correct. Second the food taste good, and LASTLY.... I want to thank the cashier for running on the side of Pulaski Hwy to give me a bag that I had forgotten. I don't know her name but that is service you can't find anywhere else! To whoever that cashier was on 1/5/21 around 730, you went above and beyond! You are awesome! I hope management recognizes you! Thank you.

Totally disappointed in this Arbys location in Glasgow. I used the drive-thru and ordered 3 beef and cheddar sandwiches. I asked for extra packs of Arby Sauce and Horsey Sauce. I pulled away from the pickup window to check the order. There were 3 sandwiches but no packets of sauce at all. I pulled back through the drive thru and explained. The girls response was that I could have walked in to grab the sauces. No, I'm sorry for the mistake. When I get home, the sandwiches had no cheese on them at all. Plain roast beef. Really disappointed by the service. Will not be visiting this location again.

YES! Finally Arby's has regular French fries & not only are they regular fries but they are CRINKLE CUT! I was so excited to see this advertised. I have always wondered why didn't they serve regular fries in addition to their seasoned curly fries. After seeing the advertisement, I decided to go to Arby's for happy hour. During happy hour you can get the small fries, sliders, small shakes, small fountain drinks and their cookies for $1 EACH! I pulled up to the building just after 2pm to find the drive-thru line wrapped completely around the building! There were at least 12 cars in line. I got in line, which surprisinglu moved pretty quick. I was able to order within 15 minutes of arriving. I ordered a roast beef slider and a crinkle cut fry.
The food: Fries were REALLY good. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I really enjoyed them. Small was the perfect size for me and I still had some left over. The roast beef slider is on the small side. I would consider it a SNACK. I did NOT see the JUNIOR sized roast beef on the menu, so it was either the bigger size or the slider. Sliders were only $1, so I went with it. Meat is a tad skimpy on the slider, but I expected that. Slider was good. It was tender and served up warm. I thought it was pretty good.
Overall, this Arby's has good food. I LOVE that they finally added crinkle cut fries to their menu. They were delicious. Roast beef is decent. I love that you can get a good deal during Happy Hour 2-5pm. Service here is OK, but usually SLOW. Drive-thru moved at a decent speed considering the amount of cars. Inside dining room is closed during the pandemic. I would go here again, but not if in a hurry.
