I was very anxious to get a new device after not upgrading my phone for 5+ years, but Adrian made the process easy and very stress-free! It did take a while for things to transfer because nothing was backed up - which made me nervous yet again, but he assured me to trust the process. Very happy with my service & new device! Definitely coming back to this location when it's necessary.

We were there asking about phone plans. The information he offered was useful but I felt uncomfortable about the comments he made and the impatience when we tried to figure things out. We decided to go to another store instead.

I was sitting outside this store for 2 hours waiting for an employee to come back. No one showed up, no note on the door. I had a package being delivered and made arrangements to be in town. Note I have to make another trip.

We had our phones transferred here and we ran into some issues, but the staff were really helpful and patient with us the entire time. Shout out to Adriana for all of the help, as well as the rest of the staff. Helpful and friendly. Thank you so much!!

The store had no models out to lookAt. The guy only gave me like 2 adoptions to pick from. It would of been nice to browse different models before I made my choice. The store had no phone cases for my model phone and I had to go to a second store to buy one.

Arrived Wednesday at 2:00. Doors were locked and a sign on the door saying, “Be back at 3:00”. There was approximately 6 people inside, but none wore any type of AT&T clothing. They all saw my son and I standing there but didn’t acknowledge us. We decided to kill an hour by walking down Main Street. We came back at 3:10 but the doors were still locked. Once again, the people inside saw us but were not going to acknowledge us. A UPS delivery driver brought a package to the door but couldn’t get in because it was locked. A woman opened the door and took the package. She was going to close the door when I asked her what was going on. She spoke broken English but I understood she was a customer. After talking with her for a few minutes a young man in a yellow hoodie came to the door to close it. I asked him if he worked there, he replied yes. I asked what the process was, and he said he was busy and was going on break after he finished up with the customer. I pointed to the sign and said we’ve been waiting for an hour. He didn’t care, said he was supposed to have taken a break a while ago and would answer a quick question if that’s what I wanted. I told him we were there to add my son to our plan. He just shrugged and said sorry. I’m leaving a bunch out, but basically awful customer service. Don’t waste your time.
