The store assistant Michael was very welcoming and helpful with my visit . I came to buy new phones and he was attentive to all of my needs during my visit. I’ll be sure to stop back at this AT&T because of him! Thanks Michael .

This was my second AT&T store that I had to go to the other day to have something done to a new iPhone that I just purchased. This employee was not very friendly and slightly rude in the beginning, he was not able to take care of the problems that I was having with the phone. I was told by a AT&T customer service representative that I could go into the store and that they would take care of it and this person tells me that it could take 4 to 6 hours to have it done. Unfortunately, I have to go back to one of the stores to have the old phone returned and set back, that is the only reason that I would have to go to deal with this or any other AT&T store. My suggestion is buy your iPhones at the Apple Store due to the fact they are very knowledgeable and friendly.

The agent did not give us information about the charges that will incur when we close an old line and open a new one. We never asked for a new line to get an upgraded iPhone 13 , he suggested to close old one and open new one which was not at all necessary based on the customer service representative with whom i spoke over phone. This is deceiving customers. Please ensure to get information from multiple sources before you make a decision at att.

The AT&T representative, Charles, at the Christiana Fashion Center store was terrific. I have to say, he was extremely knowledgeable. He politely addressed all of our questions. Afterwards, he seamlessly set us up with new service, phones, and effortlessly added my tablet. My wife and I were glad that we made the switchover from the other big “V” company.

You need more people in the Delaware store in the fashion center there was a gentleman there and he had over 6 couples to wait on and at least 2 people just purchasing on shelf items. He was absolutely amazing and handled the rush with ease and never rushed his time giving each customer the respect and time needed to handle their problems but two people would have been better for less wait time for those who were waiting after me which was over an hour for our visit due to our needs

Ms Nyah was extremely patient while addressing my concerns as well as those of everyone else at this store during my Trade-in process, in spite of a the store being busy which she managed single-handedly. Thank you for the great service!

truly THE BEST experience i’ve ever had at a store. Charlie stayed two hours past closing time just to help us get what we needed. didn’t rush us at all and seriously made us feel so welcome. I’m so pleased with the service i got that i am now writing my first google review lol. SERIOUSLY GO SEE CHARLIE !!!!

Key issue is lack of information regarding Roaming charges on their web site .looks like At&T is slicing and dicing their customers based on their plan.

I went to this AT&T reseller store and was convinced to sign up for AT&T TV streaming service. Before agreeing to sign up, I asked the salesperson several times about the terms as the package required a two year contract. My primary question to him was what the rate will be in the second year. He repeatedly told me that the rate will be the same as the first year. So I signed up. When I looked at the email confirmation of my order, the terms stated that the second year rate will be $93 per month, way up from the $59 (actually, I specified the $49 package but the order written was for $59) I signed up for. This was actually confirmed by a salesperson in AT&T’s corporate store in the mall nearby. I went back to the reseller and returned the equipment that came with the streaming service. Either the reseller salesperson do not have good knowledge about the service contract being sold or just willfully dishonest just to conclude a sale. When I talked to the manager, he avoided responsibility and said he was not around when I signed up. Very disappointed and upset. Be wary when dealing with this reseller.
