Recently purchased an iPhone via Apple who interfaced with AT&T as my carrier. I received my AT&T bill and immediately questioned the amount. I visited the AT&T store and Amanda quickly saw the reason for my question and after a few qualifying questions she resolved the issue. The Apple/ AT&T combined transaction process needs a review but with people like Amanda issues can be quickly addressed and corrected.

My sales rep, Emily, was great. She helped me find the right phone and watch for my budget and she patiently assisted me when I could not remember my Apple ID password. She was great!
Also, I interacted with everyone from the store manager to the other reps on my visit, and they were awesome. What a great team!?

Absolutely the worst service you could ever get!!!!! I went in to add another line and the next month I woke up with a $200 increase in my bill!!!!!!! These thieves added an insurance on the line which I NEVER AGREED ON and upgraded the plans for the lines!!!!!! WHO GAVE YOU PERMISSION TO DO THAT????????? If you go on the street and steal money from somebody it’s a crime but when you do it to your customers you think it’s ok???!??? I just needed to add another line why do I had to go through this headache and be on the phone for hours to solve something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place!!!!????? Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!

The AT&T store at the Christiana Mall goes above and beyond what one could expect. Not being tech savvy the representative, Brendan, took all the time to explain what I needed to know to operate an iPhone 14 (graduating from an iPhone 12). He was patient and knowledgeable and was able to transfer all the 'stuff' from one phone to the other. Thank you!

Emily W. took away the customer experience with my recent purchase of a iPhone 15 Pro yesterday. She asked me, “do you want to open your phone now to set it up in store?” and I responded yes. She then immediately proceeded to unbox and unwrap my iPhone.

My family plan had a complicated Fraud detected and the issue was not able to be resolved by calling the AT&T Fraud department so we went to the store at our local mall. Amanda assisted us with not only resolving the Fraud issue but also upgraded our account and saved us money on the monthly billing. Amanda was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about her and the incredible service that she provided to us.

We had the pleasure of getting Amanda when we came into the store! She was top notch. She went out of her way to explain everything to us and she walked us through setting everything up. She was a pleasure to do business with and an A+ employee!

They don't have any deals, no free Netflix, Disney +, no senior discount? I don't know how their service is, but there was no incentive for me to switch.

Please double and triple check that the devices you are getting from these people are what you want because clearly common sense and basic intelligence aren’t required skills to work here. I came in knowing exactly what kind of hotspot I wanted and the sales representative was so focused on giving me some DirectTV offer that he gave me the wrong device. I didn’t notice until I saw the model number after I got home, I then tried to go to AT&T and then called customer service since it has not been 14 days, and was told I would be charged a restocking fee if I returned the hotspot or attempted to exchange to the one I wanted IN THE FIRST PLACE. What’s worse is that I returned the DIRECTV device within a week and they attempted to charge my card $85 and rope me into a 2-year, monthly cancellation fee claiming that I did not end this service during the 14-day grace period. Lesson learned. I ordered my preferred hotspot from BestBuy, but I will never go to this AT&T store again!

In town from OK for the holiday with my daughter and grand daughter. Needed a new phone BADLY. Met ATT rep named "Amanda", I think. She was AWESOME! She was very clear that my phone was old and I need a new one. She explained that my plan, from 2006, is no longer a good plan and should get an unlimited plan for the new promotion. But to call the Customer Center to get a better deal than what she could do in-store. Well, I called, and got a great plan and my new phone arrived with in 7 days. I am AMAZED. Thank you!!

I was helped by a very nice young lady named emily. She was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She offered us new services which we bought and helped us upgrade our phones. She also catered to my young daughter I had with me. She put cartoons on the tv for her to watch because she was getting antsy. I felt that was super thoughtful of her and it made the transaction even smoother. At&t needs more people like emily. I will return to this location now just to utilize her when i have needs.
