20 minutes later job was done, after other shop quoted 4 business days and an exorbitant price,
Thankfully there are some old craftsmen and quality customer service professionals still working in our area

DO NOT GO HERE! They are literal thieves! VERY disrespectful staff too.
I took my car here to get it repaired, and they were charging me unnecessary fees, causing me to go over the limit of what insurance gave me to use, then claiming I had to pay the rest out of pocket. I even had to get my lawyer involved and they still didn’t admit to it or fix my car. I went to pick it up since they weren’t covering the damages, even let my car sit there for a week not being worked on, and the people at the desk were SO RUDE to me and gave me serious attitude. It’s no wonder they are hiring new employees lol.
All I wanted was to see my car, requested pictures, and get answers to the questions the new shop was asking me to start the transfer process. I did nothing wrong, and they were by far HORRIBLE to me! People even told me they probably were trying to take advantage of me because I’m a “young female”. The person on the phone from the new shop even called them and questioned why they were charging me certain fees I did not need for my car repairs. They just denied it and made up random excuses. Apparently, they were caught in the act and didn’t know what to say. I got some of my money back and took my car somewhere else.
Because of them taking some of the money from my check due to “labor”, I had to settle with what the balance was left at the new shop who actually DID the job and didn’t rip me off. Such a waste of time and scam. Go elsewhere!

B&G was excellent to deal with. Betty was communicating with me every step of the way. They did make some mistakes on my repair but owned up to them and corrected them immediately. My car came out looking amazing. I would recommend !
