I am waiting for my 4500 Refund. I cancelled the work since my cardiac arrest I am 74 and the stress of not getting a refund is hurting my health. In another week I'm claiming elder consumer fraud (felony) Call me to avoid a court hear plus health damages. This is the second time that we have used Bath Fitter. We had the bathtub covered and it looked amazing. Fifteen years later we had the bathtub removed and the walk in shower installed. Our installer was awesome and the finished product is just what we wanted.

My experience with Bath Fitters was excellent. The installation was great as was the installer. The installer was able to do an excellent job as well as being sensitive to the needs of the disabled person in our home. My only concern was with the department which made the appointment. They called way too often to confirm.

This was a great experience. From the initial visit from Bath Fitter, up through the installation, the process was seamless. Ryan, our installer, was very friendly, kept us informed of his progress, and did exceptional work. We feel the cost was fair, the product isA-one, and the options were great. We highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone considering a bath/shower remodel.

Brandon, from Bath Fitter, replaced my old tub with a beautiful shower stall, including safety bars and a folding seat. Brandon was both professional and personable and clearly was very knowledgeable about the task at hand and patiently explained the various steps. Before he completed this job, he reviewed all the necessary paperwork/instructions with me. The work area was left spotless.Brandon is a dedicated employee and represents the overall professionalism of Bath Fitter.
