Ok.we had seven different moving companies talk to us before our move.We choose Bayshore.1. The crew needed to be more professional.2. The service was, at best bad.We ended up paying 700 dollars to a moving company the day after the movers were finished because they left stuff in every single room. Not things they said they wouldn't take. They left things they should have packed. They said to put it open first on boxes we wanted to open first. We will leave those in easy-to-find areas. They didn't, I found four buried in the basement against the wall. (did I mention there were two boxes with pots and pans, we ended up not having cooking utensils and had to buy new ones because it was packed under 20 other boxes). They charged us more and refunded that change due to the requested changes. Then they said you have 30 days to file an insurance claim. We filed early, and now it has been more than 30 days since they even bothered to contact us about that claim (that was going to be paid in 3-7 business days 25 days ago). You can see from the damaged boxes and damaged containers that there are better companies to deal with.I realize they will inform me after posting this review that my "insurance" claim was rejected. Sad situation all the way around.

Bayshore was suggested from our real estate agent for a quick settlement of a property. We had to move eight items in a couple of weeks, and we needed a mover, pronto! The real estate agent called them for us, and Bayshore got into contact with us immediately. Tim and Greg were our movers. They did a phenomenal quick job, and did not damage a piece of furniture. Everyone I dealt with at Bayshore by phone were very nice. They even had a person check to after the move for our feedback. Tip your moving people, and tip them well if the do a phenomenal job like Tim and Greg. Keep the excellent employees with the company that you are going to call on the future!

I would NEVER trust these people to be in any houses of mine again. .Some things were packed very well. Some things incredibly badly. I had full coverage for my items and I only received $800 for several thousand dollars worth of damage and am now fighting with Allied to rectify this.

Baltimore, MD to Brooklyn, NYIt was great to meet with Sales Rep Bill Haywood for our move survey and cost estimate. Bill's follow up after survey, Joannie's Customer Service communications before & during the move, and post-move follow up were timely and much appreciated.Van operator Laroi (sp?) & helper were so polite, patient, and pleasant to work with. The took exceedingly good care of our belongings. All went well. No damage, no missing items. The MSS 3rd party origin/destination crews were right on time and did a great job crating/uncrating our marble top.Excellent move. Definitely recommend Bayshore/Allied!

I had my doubts as my timeline was compressed. The company was responsive and ensured the entire crew had a shared understanding of the urgency and timeline. The entire team exceeded my expectations, they were prompt, courteous, and professional on all aspects. For any future moves I would definitely recommend them to anyone in or out military moves.Diana and her crew were very fast and efficient. Scott the driver and his crew that loaded were fast and cautious our Household goods.

Where do I start? They said we needed a large truck but on moving day, they came with a medium truck and a little Uhaul! When they arrived at our new house, they had transferred all the stuff from the Uhaul to another truck, so they weren't that same trucks they packed our stuff into. They damaged our wall and broke some parts of our exercise equipment when they delivered it to the 2nd floor but the driver claimed they never brought it up to the 2nd floor and that he would mail us one of the missing parts (that he supposedly found in his truck). They lost 12 boxes (hmm, could it've been when they moved our stuff to a different truck somewhere before delivery?), damaged multiple items, and now are low balling us on damages and basically denying all missing items. Stay away, far away!

Hiring Bayshore through Allied was the best decision for our PA to FL move! Bayshore provided a communication point of contact, Joannie, who provided timely communication throughout the whole process. I wish the rest of the move went as easy as it did with Bayshore and Allied. Hesitant? Don't be give them a call! I'm really glad I did!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They tell you one thing and do another. They don't communicate with you, they overcharge for awful service. They are more worries about getting more shipments booked then taking care of their current clients needs. My wife and I moved into our new home with our 5 month old son. We notified this company of our closing date well in advance, they had our belongings in storage and it doesn't look like we will get our belongings well after close. So my wife, 5 month old son and I have to live in a house with nothing because this company cares more about its pockets then their customers. 25K dollars later and a headache, the so called director of customer service calls me to give me multiple excuses as to why they suck. I will never use this company again and want to make sure people don't make the same mistake I did. Never was this communicated to me when we met with our salesperson, very deceptive practice. Shame on you!

Worth every penny. Every step of the way was led by professionals - the estimate process, logistics planning, packing, loading and unloading. They were always available for questions. We moved from Milton, DE to Ithaca,NY in January 2022 - middle of winter, snow on ground when we arrived in Ithaca. Nothing was damaged, the packing was beautiful, nothing lost, efficient, safe and courteous minded people. Thank you to this highly skilled team. We absolutely recommend Bayshore Moving- Allied Van Lines. They felt local and yet had all of the expertise and backing of the big, national company. We couldn't have imagined the stress this decision eliminated!

Bayshore did an amazing job of moving our daughter's furniture and things from our house in Spring, TX to her new apartment in Alexandria, VA. I called Bayshore while I was in NJ moving our son out of his dorm room in PA. I spoke with Bill. He helped me make all of the arrangements, and quoted me a price, just by seeing photos of items I had on my phone. Roy and Gene showed up at our house, loaded their truck, and got all of our daughter's belongings to VA, while texting and calling us with updates along the way. Our daughter was thrilled with them as well. Debbie, who works from DE, constantly checked on me to see how things were going with the move. Our family doesn't do anything the easy way but Bayshore makes it all as easy for us as possible. This was our second move with them. I wouldn't use anyone else. Dawn S.

Bayshore was very helpful and communicated with me well. I was concerned about the timeline of delivery of my items (moved across country) and they were honest and communicative throughout the entire process. My shipment arrived a day early and I was able to schedule my move in for the next day. Great staff to work with!

Bayshore was prompt, courteous, easy to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. The move itself was very professional, and the company kept to the exact schedule . I could not have asked for a better move and recommend them highly

Bayshore did a great job with our same day move. They came out to our house a couple of weeks before and took inventory of what we had to be moved and gave us the quote right on the spot. They called and checked in with us before the move to make sure we were prepared. The day of the move, three friendly and hard working men took great care with our belongings. They loaded all of our items from a 4 bedroom house carefully and with a smile on their face! They then turned around and unloaded the items into a second floor apartment. I know they had to have been exhausted but they laughed and smiled every step of the way and even offered advice on where to place the furniture! This is our second time using Bayshore and we highly recommend them!

Moved from Bridgeton, New Jersey to Claymont, Delaware November, 2018 through Bayshore Allied of Delaware. A "Bob" from Allied gave us an estimate of $14,000 for the move. Once the move started, we heard nothing but cursing ang complaints from the mover's team leader, "Shane" (i.e. "Bob doesn't know what the "F-Bomb" he is doing and this move should have cost $10,000 more). After the horrendous move, with a multitude of damaged irreplaceable and costly items, missing money, expensive men's colognes, and a prescribed CDS medication we then found that a "team leader" gets paid per job whether it takes a day or weeks and he pays his crew. This is why we experienced a very shoddy, rushed job (i.e. using a "cardboard ramp" sliding boxes and bins down Bilco steps onto a concrete floor). This with the "team leader" prompting the crew to "hurry up." The "independent" appraiser came 08/20/2019 since our estimate of damages was over $10,000 and I await to heard what Allied has to say which may prompt our call to another appraiser and legal support. BTW, I was also informed by Allied that there is a $500.00 deductible even though they did the damages.
