Bloom is my favorite store, i love all of their quirky stylish options for jewelry, clothing, and gifts! They do a really good job at fitting me as a petite but also have options for other body types. I really like that if you want to see things in the store when they weren't open because of COVID, they offered online purchase opportunities and delivery. It was great that they made my favorite store more accessible. My favorite place to get gifts for my mom or friends for Christmas and Mother's Day. Also really great because one time i bought a shirt that didn't fit right when i got home and they were happy to exchange it for my right size or help me find something even better! They have wonderful customer service and i would shop there over the mall any day. Happy to support a local business

I use to love this store but I paid 32.00 for necklace and only /barely wore once and the clasp on chain broke when I went back with my receipt that says I can get an exchange the lady there said I was not allowed to , my only option was get same type of chain or buy another chain to replace it although I would get discount on chain I wanted to exchange the necklace for something of the same price because I didn’t want the same thing to happen with the clasp and I couldn’t afford to get new chain right now.so I was really disappointed , she said that it would not be fair to the next customers to buy it because I wore it! But but barely I wore it maybe a few minutes before it broke! So I feel really confused at that statement too! So I will never shop their again although they have some cute things once you buy it and it breaks they don’t care about you as a customer who would have spent more in the future!!!!!!

If you haven't been, GO! Beautiful selection of clothing and gifts. Bloom is a true gem and Mimi is a ray of sunshine with her friendly assistance. LOVE this local shop.

I wanted to like the cutesy shop located just off the beaten path...the sales people are nice. However, I always feel like my every move is being watched. I like to take my time and look at things. I can't do that at this store. I have been in there 2x and both times, the sales associates followed me around almost relentlessly. It was very uncomfortable. Some feedback for the owner... stop treating folks like they are thieves- not good for business and your prices are ridiculously high. I will not be going back.

I've been shopping here for years with my sisters and I have consistently been treated with so much love and respect no matter who is in the store or how busy it is. I will continue to come to bloom every time I am in the area as the items are so wonderful and the staff is even more fantastic!

Poor business practices. Purchased an item and found a defect as soon as we left the store. Brought the item back within an hour and they refused to provide a refund - only offering store credit. This item was hundreds of dollars so it's not a small issue. I'm disgusted by the poor customer service, you would think "shopping small" they would actually care about their customers.
