Zero stars, absolutely the worst, now I have to find another audiologist because this place never provided me with any size, model, parts replacement information not recorded this in the owners manual right where it is to be convenient written for the customer. The absolute worst!

This BelTone is a waste of time. The service my 80 year old father received was unacceptable. When he needs new hearing aids; we will not get BelTone again!!
