Bright Horizons Prides Crossing location has been an excellent choice for our family. The facility is always clean, bright and inviting. The staff are always friendly. Always. One of my children recently “graduated “ and went off to kindergarten but still loves to come with me to pick up his sibling who still attends. I truly wish we would have found this place sooner because they truly help build that foundation that children need.

HORRIBLE! Don’t believe the reviews! They do nothing that’s promised, they’re understaffed, the teachers are told to lie to parents about injuries(some are from abuse), mistakes, moving class rooms, etc. Anne Murphy was the worst. She is a rude two-faced scheisty liar. For the cost of BH, go anywhere else. You’re neighbors kid is probably better suited for the job. I could go on, but I’m getting too frustrated thinking about this horrible place.

I don't have enough positive words to give an accurate review to the center and all the staff working there. Our son runs to the door every morning and loves his teachers and all the staff members. Communication is excellent, teachers are caring and professional and the administration, Anne and Michelle, are just wonderful in every possible way. The center is being extremely careful during the pandemic and they are constantly adjusting to facilitate pick ups and drop offs for their families. We loved it the first time we visited the center but we didn't know that Bright Horizons at Prides Crossing was one of the best choices we could have made for our little one.

We love Bright Horizons at Prides Crossing! My little one is always so excited for "school" and gets so much out of her time there. The communication is excellent and the updates we receive about her day are so fun to read. They have done a great job handling the risks of the COVID-19 pandemic. We feel safe and very lucky to be able to send her to the center. Highly recommend!!

Our daughter attended Bright Horizons for almost two years part-time. For year's, we didn't even know Bright Horizons was a daycare because it is so secluded and well-guarded. To date, I have yet to see another facility that has a concrete fence, gated entrance, exterior key code, and another set of double doors before you even reached the administrative staff. I never felt like my daughter was in danger because it was literally Fort Knox. The directors were always so friendly, and more than happy to stop and chat as you picked up your child each day. It was also great because it happened to be within walking distance to our home. It's also in a great location being that 95 and the hospital are nearby. The only reason we switched our daughter to another daycare was solely due to cost. I loved the small class sizes and the teachers were always so kind and caring. It was beautiful inside with an indoor playground. The outdoors were made turf and a rubber playground (again, I haven't seen another facility provide this). But, at the time, the steep price of daycare increased to $1400 a month. Food was no longer offered and camera access was not an option. The daycare we switched our daughter to provided both options for half the cost, and it was closer to our new home when we moved. Regardless, this is an amazing daycare facility, and the quality you get is still worth it.
