Had such a great visit to Build-A-Bear! Sky helped me out and made the whole experience so enjoyable. She had the nicest, biggest smile and such a warm energy—it really made the day feel special. She was super helpful, patient, and made sure everything turned out just right. You can tell she really cares about what she does. Thanks for making it such a fun memory, Sky!

I’ve brought my children to this location and few times, and the staff is always top tier. But I recently had the most amazing service from Lisa, who has been super helpful in updating me regarding the availability on one particular bear that my child has begged for, but was never in stock due to high demand. Lisa kept in communication with me letting me know that they did not have it in stock yet, and when it will most likely be available. She was just so kind, I can’t say that enough. She was super proactive about helping me find this for my kid, as if it meant just and much to her as it did for me. This has honestly been one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a while. If there is someone in upper management reading this, please know that Lisa is an amazing employee who really cares about your customers. Give her a raise, a promotion or SOMETHING, because employees like her do not come around often.

We had such an amazing experience for our daughter's birthdays. Bean went above and beyond to assist us with our birthday bears. She had a very warm approach with my girls and overall excellent customer service. We highly recommend this location. You will be in great hands with Bean!

My child got the long horn and wanted to name it “Horn” since there was horns. The worker told us it wasn’t allowed as a “G” rated store. My daughter is five years old and didn’t even want to name it the “R” rated word they were implying she was trying to do. For a five year old? This is insane- she was just trying to name her bear.

Took my 2 daughters here to get the new kuromi my daughters loved it!! and noni provided excellent customer service was the sweetest to my daughters which made there experince top tier!! Brittney at the register was also so kind and helpful thankyou!!!!

Had the most wonderful experience, i went there to pick out two stuff animals and i wanted to do voice recordings of my grandparents who had passed. I didnt know what to do so one of the lovely workers helped me out and really made me feel welcomed and made the experience one i wont forget. She asked my about my grandparents and was incredibly nice. 10/10

I wished I had the lady's name who made my glamdaughter's bear for her 4th birthday. She was so good, had a fairy tale voice, and kept her intrigued. The prices are not bad, this is my first time here, I thought the accessories would have been more expensive, but they were reasonable to me.
