Geico selected this shop to tow my vehicle. Matt G responded within 5 mins, calling me and assuring me when he would be to my vehicle. He was extremely professional and reassuring while I was stuck in the pouring rain on the side of the road. A huge thanks and I will refer this company to anyone and everyone. Thank you Matt G !!

Had issues with another company getting any help. Reached out to these guys and had someone out there pretty quick. Guy (wish I had his name) was really friendly. Definitely my go to from now on.

Recently car was in an accident and was towed to another tow facility and my insurance company has a connection with price collision for auto repair and price collision contracts d&h towing to pick up their cars and i had a dealing with Mike and he was the rudest person i ever dealt with in my life - he has no persona skills, doesn't know how to talk to a customer and should not be dealing with the public. He should find a job where he doesn't have to deal with people and i feel sorry for anyone that hires this company to do any work for them and has to deal with this tool!!!!

Geico scheduled my vehicle to be towed between 3pm with an 1 window. The company did not call me at all. I called and did not anyway picking up. The company called me back shortly after that. I stated to the guy that it was 5 and I did not receive any calls about being late. The guy responded someone called out and he has 3 hernias. I told him to go screw himself and will NEVER use his services again. I called Geico back and advised them that I am not happy with there services referencing this tow company.

Mike, thank you for towing my car back to the house. He was really helpful. I usually don't leave reviews, but his customer service was so great that I couldn't not leave one. Definitely recommend

Referred to this company by Geico for roadside assistance for a tow. Chris, was communicating his arrival times and had a great attitude even at 2am in the cold. Would definitely use this company again in the future the need should arise.

Mick is awesome! He is extremely thorough and makes sure he knows exactly what the problem is. At the same time, he doesn't find problems that don't exist. His prices are more than fair, and he won't try and talk you into doing work that you don't want to do even if it means he misses out on an expensive job. I have never met a more honest mechanic in my life. I will be referring all my friends and family to him from now on.

Absolutely exceptional service. I had an emergency while traveling and Mic took my car in after calling another customer and asked if he could delay their job to help someone else and fixed my car on the spot! Prices are more than fair and the job was done perfectly.

Excellent mechanic, honest and professional. the owner Operator, Mick, will not charge you for an engine when you only need a spark plug.
