I came in earlier today looking to see if they had any Fujifilm camera bodies, which they didn’t (not their fault at all - Fuji is notoriously bad at keeping things in stock anywhere).
An employee named Dean informed me they didn’t have what I was looking for, but as I mentioned I was cross-shopping two different ones and mainly wondering how they each feel in the hand, he went into the back of the store and brought out his own personal Fuji cameras so I could see if I liked how they handled. That was incredibly kind of him, and he was very knowledgeable about the entire lineup (past and present) and helpful. I wasn’t able to buy anything today, but wanted to leave a review as a token of appreciation to Dean!

so grateful for a great experience here with Dain—he took a look at my old camera which i thought was just about dead and so graciously proceeded to clean it and get it working again for free!! he also gave us some great advice. would come back again for the amazing service??

The people here are amazing to chat with. They listened to what I wanted to do in outdoor wildlife photography, guided me step by step on the building, and provided the gear I needed to do what I wanted. These guys are good and I will keep returning as I learn my craft and upgrade my gear.

I stopped at the store today to get help with my camera that was giving me issues. Both of the gentlemen in the shop stopped what they were doing and took the time out of their day to help me figure out what was going on. It was a user error and they were so gracious in explaining what was happening. So grateful for your help today! Highly recommend this shop, phenomenal customer service you don’t see anymore. Just stopped by here to pick up a new camera--staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of stuff to go around, a including the myriad of lenses and cameras old and new, tripods, lens adapters, carry bags, batteries... I dare say it leaves up to "Cameras etc." Will make this my first stop for photography needs, and suggest all others at least try to stop by!

Very nice local shop for all your photography needs. Experienced staff who guide you to choose the right product. Their prices are very competitive and matches with Amazon and other online platforms. You get the old school shopping experience where you are see the product and it’s features before you buy.
