Wow! I recently decided to stop covering my gray but was unhappy with the obvious transition from dark brown to gray. Then Carol stepped in to help. AMAZING! Everyone who has seen my new look uses the word "Fabulous." Not only friends and family but colleagues and people who I see only occasionally have made it a point to come tell me that my hair looks fabulous. I am convinced this incredible response to this transition was possible only due to Carol's skill and commitment to her clients. Carol Cole Salon and Spa is the best. Ever.

It was my first visit to this salon. I had a color, cut and style. The place is clean, organized and welcoming. Staff is genuinely friendly . Carol is a master stylist and gave me the best haircut I have had in years! She is a genius at cutting long layers. My color was great too! And my hair felt so soft because of the high quality coloring products they use. Suzy also did a great job with washing and treating my hair. I've found my new hair home!

I only trust Savannah with my hair. I like to keep things pretty unique with my colors, and she ALWAYS understands the assignment! I also love that she has really great style ideas for me as well. She's very creative, very helpful, and everyone there is always friendly, and welcoming. No pretense here! Just good people.I also genuinely appreciate Susie, who's actually put me to sleep with her relaxing shampoos! I recommend Carol Cole Salon & Spa to EVERYONE!

Carol is by far my favorite hair dresser I have been to! She has amazing attention to detail and really treats you like a star. I have gotten, my hair cut with Carol three times now and each time I am impressed by Carols ability to work with my hair. With my last hair cut Carol helped me donate my hair. She have me a cute short cut that works great with my lazy way of styling my own hair. She really gave me confidence to pull off a short cut too. Carol makes your hair work for you, THANK YOU Carol!

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. The prices on the website are not the prices that are charged at checkout. The owner is oblivious to the two hairstylist behind her talking terribly about her and the clients. (I guess they forget that without the clients, they have no pay) This place used to be my go to but now it’s not. The receptionist is nice but she gets treated by her coworkers as if she is a bother! Customer service is the key to success! Unfortunately that charismatic behavior isn’t found at this place. They actually deserve a zero star but that’s not allowed.

I was in last week for a lash lift and tint with Kim. I had never had the procedure done before, and she explained everything. It went super smoothly and the results were amazing! I will definitely be back in 6-8 weeks when it’s time to redye.

All I can say is OMG!!! U definitely won’t be disappointed by far. I went to get a perm and was so scared as how it would turn out but Carol made it absolutely beautiful..
