We absolutely love the KinderCare on Casho Mill in Newark. Every person will greet you when you walk in. Our daughter is only a toddler and yet a majority of the staff know her and are excited to see her when we walk in.
Ms. Angie in infants is every first time parents angel. She makes you feel so comfortable dropping off your new baby.
Ms. Coleen is the biggest hype woman. My daughter lights up when she sees her. I always can always tell when Ms. Coleen is there too because she takes the best photos!
And Ms. Shannon has THE MOST creative activities for toddlers. My daughter loves going to school. And I feel so secure knowing that she will have the most fun and enriched filled day.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at KinderCare, located in Newark, Casho Mill. The facility is unkempt; the sinks and children’s bathroom are dirty, which is not only unappealing but also raises concerns about hygiene. For what we pay, I expected a much cleaner environment for my child.
The costs are outrageous, and I’m frustrated with the constant staffing issues. It’s alarming that teachers often can’t make it in due to being short-staffed. I've received multiple emails asking if I can keep my child at home because of these shortages, and while I appreciate the 10% discount for those days, it feels ridiculous to be charged at all when the daycare can’t provide adequate care.
Additionally, the breakfast and lunch menus are monotonous, featuring the same items repeatedly. For such a premium price, I would expect a more varied and nutritious meal plan.
Overall, I cannot recommend KinderCare. The lack of cleanliness, staffing problems, and uninspired meal options make it far from the nurturing environment I hoped for my child.

I have been very pleased with my daughter’s experiences at KinderCare. The teachers have been great with my daughter and she has learned a lot there. They have a great curriculum and they really teach them rather than just babysit. They also have wonderful special activities for the kids like a carnival just a week ago. Ms. Angelica and Ms. Rashini have done a wonderful job with Grace and she loves them! I would recommend Casho Mill

I honestly can’t express how amazing this daycare is! Everything from the center to the teachers is wonderful! My baby has been at Kindercare since 3 months old and I have had no regrets! When looking for childcare communication is key! And this center goes above and beyond. As she moves classrooms due to age, we have been so happy with all her teachers! Shout out to Sadirah, Krista, Shannon, Ashley, Angelica and Rashini! You guys have all been great with Analia!

We absolutely love Casho Mills KinderCare. We decided to send our daughter for full day preschool because she needed to prepare for kindergarten and the pandemic meant she needed more socialization first. They were amazing with her. I truly don't think she would have done as well as she did in kindergarten without them!
Then we sent our 1 year old. It was so hard to decide to send him to daycare, but every single staff member has been amazing with him. You can really tell that they genuinely love and care about him.
The teachers truly are magicians. I have never seen anyone get a group of two year olds to sit and eat patiently before, but they do it. Every time I go in there the kids are all happily playing and enjoying their class rooms. We love getting pictures every day in the app and seeing the educational materials that they learn, the healthy foods that they eat, and the interactive activities that they prepare for them!
The center is secure, and they really take the kids safety seriously. It is also really clean. You can tell they are frequently cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day (which really cuts down on sicknesses!!!)
I couldn't say enough great things about this place! In 2 years, when my youngest goes to kindergarten, we will genuinely miss the people we have met here!

We love Kindercare! Our daughter has been attending this center since she was 6 months old and she is two and a half years old now. Every day, she is so excited to tell us about her day and show us what she learned (songs, various topics, books, or even talk about her friends). The center provides several great immersive programs that challenges our daughter and we have watched her grow so much with her language, communication skills, emotional capacity, and academic knowledge. The teachers who work with the children are amazing and do a great job updating parents through their app with pictures, comments, videos, and even personal messages, as needed. As a working mom, the updates I receive from the app puts me at ease that she is having fun and enjoying her time with her peers. Teachers have conferences with parents a few times a year to discuss how the children are doing and share plans to foster their continued growth within the center. We also applaud this center on being one of the few accredited centers in the area, which is one of the reasons we chose this center for our daughter. Kindercare is our second family and a second (safe) home for our daughter and we cannot say enough great things about everyone who has a role in the center :) Also, Ms. Debbie and Ms. Savanna are exceptional directors who are warm, inviting, and truly makes you feel like the center is the best place to entrust adults to care for your child. Thank you Kindercare! <3

Our little guy has been at Casho Mill Kindercare since he was 4 months old and he is now 4 YEARS old! The entire staff is so caring and truly love what they do. They are constantly coming up with new ways to teach the kids different things to keep it fun and exciting. The kids all seem to love their teachers and the Director & Assistant Director. We couldn't be happier with the educational opportunities and our boy will be super prepared for Kindergarten & beyond!

We LOVE Casho KinderCare. Ms. Debbie, Ms. Savana, Ms. Grace, Ms. Angie, Ms. Bree, Ms. Angelica and all back up teachers are GREAT! KinderCare curriculum is top in the country, I love how everyone class room shows extensive artwork done by the kids and lots of labels to teach kids and very limited screen time. We are a bilingual family and I did not teach my kid a single English word but he picks up all the word and sentences because of KinderCare taught! I personally love the setup of classes where adults can see all classrooms so gives extra safety monitoring opportunities while kids still feel they are separated by classroom. We also had wonderful summer camp experiences where different programs have been hold during summer such as petting zoo, fire marshals visit, DE Science museum visit, ice cream truck visit and more summer fun activities. My kid also has not been hesitate to go to this center every day and he explained because he loves to draw and the fun activities hold at the center (I love to hear that, haha). We have been with Casho KinderCare for almost two years, and only reason we are leaving is due to relocating. I’m very sad I will not have a kid be in this wonderful center anymore…:( and we will definitely miss it!

Kindercare is our children's second family. We have had our two children enrolled in Kindercare from 1 year to 3 years (current) and 4 months to 22 months (current) and have been so thrilled with the care they have received in every classroom. The educational, immersive, and caring experience is top notch: from daily art projects to play-based learning to hugs from their teachers when some love is needed. The center and teachers have been adaptive to our family's needs and requests, such as BLW starting at 6 months, and potty training right at 2 years. I believe our children to be advanced in speech, counting, social interactions, and more thanks to the work of their staff. The app communication is so wonderful for a peek into their activities each day, and lessening how much I miss them each day with picture updates. And center-provided food saves me an incredible amount of time each day! You won't regret trusting your child's care to Kindercare.

Kindercare’s staff is the most kind, caring and enthusiastic staff you could ever hope to meet. Everyone in the center is experienced and excited to be there. The environment at Kindercare encourages growth, community and friendship. After some struggles in another (non kindercare) center, our child absolutely flourished at Kindercare, and the stress we felt by switching him from another place to KC was wiped away completely the first day he was here. We can not recommend the environment and staff of this location enough!

Both of my kids enjoy being at KinderCare. The staff is interactive and they have several learning programs/schedules to fit their needs. My children are 3 and 10 and enjoyed going every. day.

Miss Bree and Miss Angelica are both extremely kind and patient with my wild two year old. They’re wonderful about sending me pictures and updates throughout the day. Miss Debbie, the director, is also very hands on. Our family couldn’t be happier with our choice to send our baby to Casho Mill.

I am confused why the place has changed drastically since the previous leadership team was in charge. We were okay years ago but within the last year and a half the director and the now the new side kick don't have that warm and fuzzy feeling any longer. So sad what was once a family atmosphere is only filled with staff turnover and fake love!

We couldn't be happier with KinderCare! Our son has been attending since he was 2 years old. He loves it so much! He talks everyday about his teachers and his friends and Miss Debbie the director, who is amazing. They've handled the pandemic very professionally and do whatever is necessary to ensure the safety of the children and their families.Our doctor recently said our son's language and development is advanced and given the amount of time he spends with Kindercare during the week, it's definitely attributed to the professional and personal experience and knowledge the staff has teaching young children.Logistically, they provide meals and snacks which is wonderful. Pick up and drop off is still at the front door due to COVID but the staff does a great job communicating and sharing what the kids are up to by displaying outside and on the app (which is updated in real time with pictures, videos and notes from the teachers).Highly recommend Cashomill Kindercare!
