Don’t believe it when they tell you that set-up and haul away of your old mattress is included. They dropped off our new and very expensive bed in boxes, didn’t take away the old mattress and decided that they weren’t going to help us even though it was clearly outlined in our paperwork that this was included. It was an absolute nightmare taking care of all of this ourselves- go shop elsewhere.

7/11/23 My husband and I worked with the women who was working around 7:30pm she was knowledgeable and she didn't just spit out company facts. She waited until we were ready to hear her presentation allowing us time to lay on the beds without interrupting. Unfortunately, we were unable to purchase the bed that day because we had to leave unexpectedly but I would definitely recommend Casper based off my interactions with her.

there was a white girl (with really short hair).and a back girl in there and you can tell they were mean and have a rude tone. when i asked for a bag the white girl said. we dont wanna give out bags because of the trees .something like that. and i asked for a bag again and finally they gave it to me. i think they didnt want to give me a bag in the first place because of my color. and like a said rude tone. and im surprised they are still working there. first of all if you didnt want to give out bags why do you still have a bunch of them? plus your working shut up. plus its not even busy i was the only one in there. i hope they get fired. its also like they didnt want me to bother them or buy stuff. i was so disappointed. bunch of dummies.

While shopping for a mattress we decided to stop in at the Casper store to test some options, we went to other stores in the mall as well. I was so disappointed by the level of customer service I received. It felt like we were bothering them, we answered all the questions and they went straight to the price which is fine but we had to ask to test the mattress. I also understand that they sanitize between each person but the rude response when we asked if we could try it was was so unprofessional.We decided to leave and purchase our new mattress elsewhere. I did like the style of the store and that they sanitize between customers but that was all.

Celeste Dom and Ny are super helpful. They really listen to your needs and wants basing their recommendations off of those, professional and personal experience. They care about you and your sleeping experience so if you want better sleep or just something new go to this location and ask for them. I highly recommend Casper and this location specifically!

Totally dissatisfied with the experience. I was ready to buy a Casper “Original”, money in pocket.Between the “recommended” review in Consumer Reports, and the Casper website, which also highlighted the CR recommended status, and, a 15% discount coupon code I almost ordered online. Since I had free time, I drove from Rehoboth Beach to Christiana Mall to touch/feel/lay on the mattress before buying. I even brought my truck so I could take it home.Well, I walked in on a Thursday afternoon, no one else in the store but me. Was met by a very friendly salesperson, and I stated my situation; “I did my research and would like to see the mattress before I buy”. My research consisted of product comparison against competitors and their own other models, plus, taking the “which model is right for you” test on the Casper website.Then came the equivalent of the Spanish Inquisition. Question after question!I was told the model in CR isn’t even made now, there is a newer model, but, “it’s just an entry level model”. (Funny how they still use the “CR Recommended” tag on their website.) They sell the new model but don’t have it in their store. Then more questions, like how much would I be willing to spend? Oh, and we just want to help, we are not working on commission.I finally couldn’t take anymore. I had to walk out. She wasn’t rude, but just never heard what I was there for, what I drove 90 minutes for. She made me feel like I was unworthy to be shown, let alone touch any of their products hidden behind the curtains. Perhaps that is just for the privileged few.Maybe they should work on commissions instead of talking me out of their product. Also using he old “entry level” comments reek of bait and switch.

Amazing experience. I walked into Casper and explained to Celeste my sleeping style, needs and preferences and she listened and recommended the perfect mattress for me. She was super knowledgeable, nice and not pushy at all (like some mattress people can be). I had an amazing experience and I love my mattress. 10/10, highly recommend!! Go see Celeste!

We came into the Casper store at Christiana two weekends ago and we had a wonderful experience overall. Not only was the staff extremely courteous and professional but the showroom was exceptionally clean. Since I have a lot of trouble sleeping, I wanted to make sure I purchased a mattress that would help with my neck pain as well as my fiancé’s tendency to get hot from regular mattresses. Our sleep specialist Nyana, was especially helpful and gave us pointers about each type of mattress, allowing us to test out each “room” with sanitized pillow cases. Testing out the mattresses was really helpful as I came in expecting to love the Nova, but wound up going for the firmer Wave instead. After making a decision on which mattress to purchase, both Nyana and I had issues applying the discount code I received from Casper to the purchase. Despite the fact that the store wouldn’t get credit for the sale, Nyana advised me to call the customer service number and place the sale over the phone while in store. I was able to get the discount and was once again very impressed by the level of professionalism and exceptional customer service demonstrated by Nyana and the team at the store. We would recommend anyone looking for a specialty mattress and a quality shopping experience to visit the Casper store at Christiana.

Great customer service. It was so easy to place my order and pick it up the same day. Once I arrived I was told where to go so that I could be met with my order. Carrie went out of her way to make my experience smooth and memorable.

Amazing experience! We had a delay in shipping for our mattress and it caused a huge inconvenience for us. Thankfully this location was able to help us and provided us with a same-day pick up for our mattress. Awesome customer service, definitely recommend it.

We had a great experience at the Casper Sleep Store at the Christiana Mall. Celeste knew her products and was able to help us choose a mattress and pillows that were just right for us. She did not pressure us at all. She emailed us the information about the products we were considering. The next day we quickly and efficiently completed the purchase. We decided we also wanted to try Casper sheets and Celeste even found the set we wanted on clearance. When we made it home and had a question we were able to call Celeste and she answered our set up question. We highly recommend visiting this store for a mattress purchase,

we need a new mattress and we're in the mall. stopped into Casper not intending to buy. Well.. Carrie asked to help us and gave us one of the best sales experience s! She was extremely responsive after we left, answering my numerous texts on sizes of the boxes mattress, sending spec comparisons, etc. We hope she gets a pat on the back for job well done! Can't wait to get our new Casper!!
