Went in today to do a wire transfer. The banker, while nice, wasn't very comfortable with the process. I spent quite a while there only to get home an hour later and get an email from Chase saying the wire was cancelled due to a processing issue. If you need help with something like a wire transfer, go somewhere else.

Needed to open a joint account with my husband and arrived at 4:25PM. We managed to get off work early, and pick our son up from daycare to get to the bank and were turned away. They wanted us to schedule opening an account. He told us it takes 45 minutes to open a joint account and that they close at 5 so they couldn’t do it. Also gave us a weird explanation about talking with the bankers about someone needing to be available for phone calls. Overall wont be coming back and will be finding a bank elsewhere. Big waste of time and not accommodating to those who work normal business hours.

Even though I'm not a member, I have been able to exchange cash for coins as chase bank allows me to up to $100 with some difficulties on who is assisting me. I guess I unable to now without an account

teller in the phone ignoring customers. My boyfriend tried to cash a check issued by this bank and the teller told him she could but she wasn't going to. so, a check issued through your bank won't cash the check? it felt like the teller was inconvenienced by doing her job. Absolutely not the first encounter with a chase bank. I don't recommend on any level. I really want to say more on this review but I'll keep it clean. I wish I could give negative stars.

I’ve never had an issue entering a CHASE branch—until this one. As soon as I walked in, I was asked for ID just to be in the building, which I’ve never experienced at any other location. It didn’t feel welcoming, and the customer service wasn’t great either. Disappointing experience overall.

This location everyone is helpful, cheerful, and willing to explain transactions and products; best in area . I live near college branch , very bad experience, with what i suspect was profiling , i go out of my way to use the malls branch to avoid the bad vibes

Went to use the ATM, card reader wouldn't work for me to enter the vestibule. The associates leaving watched as I tried and didn't give any information or even acknowledge a customer. I get it.. you're clocked out but common courtesy man.
After searching Nordstrom rack for the other ATM ; that doesn't exist, I decided this isn't the bank for me.

For some reason theyre not open 24/7 like literally every other bank branch in existence. Drove all the way here for nothing. Also the ATM at Nordstrom in this same parking lot is a lie. Not sure how this benefits chase, they're gonna lose a lot of customers

Avoid at all costs. Rude, inconsiderate, they dress like they slept in their clothes and they found them in the back of Goodwill who rejected them, they simply do not want to work, they stand around talking and say they are too busy to see a customer......just a horrible mess, check them out online for how bad they are....go to another bank unless you want nothing but problems.

Had a great experience opening a checking account with Alek today. Coming in after receiving a mail in offer for a new checking account, new account bonus after certain requirements are met; I had worked with Alek who took the time to chat about what brought me in, what I was looking for in my account features and even provided me choices for my debit card (always Star Wars)The layout is very relaxed sitting in a booth that resembles a restaurant bar area where you feel at ease as you continue to plan out your financial future. I was able to add on a beneficiary, which is always important to plan ahead and less headache. Banking has always been easy and with Alek and Chare supporting my banking. I'm in good hands.

Kyle Sulecki was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with for a little more than an hour that it took to open up a business account. I could not imagine having to work with someone with less of a personality for the amount of time that it took. I look forward to my banking relationship with Chase and Kyle!

My husband went there this morning to cash a chase bank check from his employer and was racially profiled, he contained all the proper identification and still was being treated unfairly, they held him up for nearly a hour, and kept asking him odd questions over and over again,the lady stated that in order to cash a chase check that my husband had to have a chase debit card which is not true, They even told him after showing his id well u can take this check somewhere else even after he has been there before and cashed a chase check there previously, after he asked them why are they profiling him they then cashed the check????I will be speaking to higher representation and this will not go unnoticed this is not how u treat your customers.... This is not the last u will be hearing from me at this location

My Wife and I had the pleasure of meeting with Alek Dicriscio. He is kind, confident , knowledgeable and has a knack for making people feel comfortable. He answered all of our questions and made us feel confident opening a new account. I cannot say enough kind things about him. He is a great representation of what customer service looks like and deserves to be commended.
