I had a meeting with this branch this week. Alba, the Branch manager went above and beyond for me. She reached out to me via phone and helped me before I even made it to the branch. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and saw that my needs were met. I truly appreciate her and her coworker Marcus.

This place is nothing but crooks. They want to charge $15.00 for a deceased person’s account, claiming there’s no way to avoid this unless the account holder is alive. While we all want the estate account holder to be alive, apparently Chase doesn’t care whether you’re alive or dead. They just want your money. Shame on you.

The worst bank I have ever dealt with. Unbelievably bad service.

All they could tell me was how they COULDN’T help me. Opening a bank account. Using the restroom. Answering my questions. Customer service needs an upgrade here and I see why the star rating is low.

I see many disappointments here, but I have to say the bankers are quite nice to me. When I walked in, I received help in less than 5 minutes, and all of my questions were solved quickly.

I have been a Chase customer for 18 years, but this branch made me want to quit and go to another bank for all financial services. I lost my debit card but I had my ID and check book and my account statement, it is unbelievable the lady with big black glasses refused to provide any withdraw service or renew debit card business. She asked us to leave and call customer service to replace lost debit card first before coming back. Her attitude was so rude and impatient, marking us feel we are doing something bad and appearing stupid. She just wanted to kick us out of the branch. We were in urgent need to close a vehicle purchase with cashier check, our banking account has enough fund, we tried to talk to someone in the desk behind the big glass, she rushed there and talked to her manager and co-workers with big anger. We were even more confused about what’s wrong. Another lady came out looking like the manager, talked to us with even bigger anger saying they couldn’t provide the service and asked us to go home.
I do not know why we were treated like a trash at a bank branch where we have so many banking products from them for so long time. I have planning to move everything to other bank like Wells Fargo or BOA or PNC.

I reached out to Chase Bank on this morning to ask if there was a branch close to where I work. I received a check over $5000 and since I did not have an account with Chase, but the check is written on the bank I wanted to ensure I would be able to cash it.
I called Customer Service (800) 935-9935. The rep name is Angela. She told me that I would not be able to cash the check at Chase Bank (although it is written on Chase) because the limit is $1200.
I have NEVER heard such a policy.
TIAA wrote this check out to me so I will follow up because this information doesn't seem right at all.

With utmost seriousness, I must address an alarming incident involving a banker at this branch, a woman wearing glasses, who displayed a complete lack of patience and very unprofessional while I was retrieving necessary information. During a large withdrawal transaction, she demonstrated an utter unwillingness to wait, and when I finally provided the required details, she carelessly tossed the notes containing my banking information in front of me. When I reported this to the branch manager, the response was equally disappointing—showing a clear disregard for professionalism and patience. I strongly urge people to avoid this location and report their experiences to Chase. This branch desperately needs better management, as the current team is failing its customers

Rude. The staff (front desk) misspelled the name, and I found the mistake at the first time, and asked her to correct it. the staff reacted like I'm an idiot and look at me with a very uncomfortable gaze. I can feel her impatient. i hope it just her bad working attitude but not rasist.
I've been to this bank many times, but this is the first time I've been dealt with by someone without an accent, and all the bankers who have helped me before have been Indian or Latino-looking bankers.

People having their money stolen straight from their accounts meanwhile this banking franchise does nothing to stop it. All the protections for the scammers and none at all for the customer. Use this banking franchise at your own risk.

Absolutely horrible front desk service. Whoever the woman working on January seventeenth of this year was, was EXTREMELY rude and demeaning. It was a middle aged female who walked out of the office maybe a manager. She shoved my check right back out the window, a chase bank check mind you, and said I needed to go deposit, "wherever I bank" and didn't wait for a response or question and walked away. This is a disgrace. She needs to be fired. You do NOT treat people this way. If you're reading this...you know who you are. I'd give zero stars if I could. Chase bank prob won't fire or reprimand her...but that is no way to treat people. You guys have a problem on your hands. She's going to end up getting you guys sued.
