“Nice, clean store with both Carters and Oshkosh. I purchased an outfit for each of my grandchildren’s Easter baskets, plus a pair of pink cleats for my princess who started t-ball this year. I placed an online order for store pick up but did some additional shopping while I was there. The clerk who helped me was friendly and helpful, I was so excited when she helped me find the cleats in the store so I didn’t have to wait for the order to arrive. With 5 grandchildren, aged 5 and below, I’m sure I’ll be back.”

“I like to "peruse" if one can actually do that to a store like you would a book. It is more than just browsing it is looking for clothes, but doing so while trying to think of the styles the Gap had when i was much much younger. I remember thinking of how tough it must be for traditional retailers to compete with Amazon and other online marketplaces. It was nice to see it clean and well organized.”

My boyfriend and I were walking around the mall looking for promise rings. It was our first time, both of us were nervous about finding something that fit our style while staying in budget. We visited a few stores like pandora and zales, they were so mean! It was as if we were bothering them by coming in the store. I didn’t want that experience to be associated with our rings.

My boyfriend ended up recommending JCPenny, since they have a jewelry section. Brittany smiled at us and provided such sweet clarification when we approached her. She pointed us right to the promise rings section and let us try the rings on. She even doubled checked our sizes to make sure they were accurate and comfortable (I now know that there should be a bit of resistance when you’re putting on your rings!). It was a much warmer experience than what we had before, and we left out with such a perfect matching set of rings.

Thank you so much Brittany. We were close to giving up, and with it being Valentine’s Day weekend, the rings were pretty important to us. I appreciate the time and care she took to get us what we wanted. She is very kind and deserves to be recognized! I’ll remember this experience when we’re looking for our wedding rings ?”
