Had to get an ultrasound, I arrived 15 minutes early like they asked. Signed the paperwork needed. I was walking out 45 minutes later. The specialist and the student were amazing. Super nice!

Called to schedule an appointment for an X-ray, the recording says they don’t take appointments for X-rays. I speak to someone directly over the phone, that person directs me to come in before noon. So, I walk in at 10:30 to get my X-ray (in between 2 other appointments) and they tell me to come after 12pm. I go to my 12pm appointment to come back at 1pm and the same person told me there are no X-rays being done today. Are you kidding me!!?? Absolutely unacceptable. If getting an X-ray is so difficult, why are you not accepting appointments for it? What a waste of time and energy. The bigger Christiana Care gets, the worst my experiences have become. Absolutely no respect for their patients. This has been my third experience just like this. I hate it here.

My images were misinterpreted by the radiologist. When I called to request a review of the images and an updated report, I was given the runaround and left with an erroneously negative report for an issue that needed attention and treatment.

The only place I know of that does not call, text or email to remind you of your appointment. This is standard operating procedure for just about any type of service these days but certainly for medical procedures. Not cool.

Calling the scheduling # is a disaster it is easier to walk in and schedule in person. Inside the imaging center everyone is friendly, professional, and goes out of their way to make you comfortable. The office is clean & appointments run on time!

Called me on Friday afternoon to tell me that my appt for a CT scan for my kidneys (appt is ON MONDAY) may not be able to happen because my insurance couldn’t authorize it. my appt has been scheduled for WEEKS. in unbearable pain from my kidneys and constantly having to miss work because of them. now i’m going to have to reschedule (surprise, no one answers the phone). absolutely ridiculous.

Thank goodness I called before I went for my procedure, because I wasn’t given any instructions. I originally was told when I scheduled the test that I would need to pick up barium. When I went to pick up the barium I wasn’t given any instructions but was told I didn’t need barium.So this morning I called to see if there were any instructions and was told “yes, nothing to eat or drink for 4 hours”. Glad I called 4 hours before the test.Appt time is 1:15 and I arrive at 1:05. Well at 1:45 I was finally taken back. Next, have to get up on the table for the test. I have had several fusions in my back. I tell the tech this and apparently she really didn’t want to help me. I say, isn’t her job to help people? I get on the table, have the test and now I have to get up. The tech brings over this little step they use, well she stands on it and says “maybe this will help you get up”. I have had techs help me before and they actually have you grab onto there arm and help you up. This tech I had needs training on patient needs and how to help them.Now, I am dressed and need to use the restroom. Now this is a Health Facility and this restroom needs an upgrade. The toilet is low to the ground. This is not a Handicap Restroom. Christiana Care upgrade this restroom.I know I will never have any testing done at this facility again. I will stick with having my testing at Christiana Hospital like I usually do.

We called to get an x-ray, and were told Next opening is at 5:45pm but our Tech leaves at 4pm. If i could give NEGATIVE stars, I would.

*WARNING TO EXPECTANT MOTHERS*If you are married/have a significant other that helped you create a beautiful baby ... He will NOT be allowed in for the anatomy scan to find out the gender.He will be told "you're a visitor and cannot go back there".He will be told that COVID restrictions come before fatherhood.Absolutely disgusting.Absolutely ruined our first child's experience.DO NOT GO HERE!

Waited over 25 minutes for a real person to answer the phone to make an appointment. Then was given directionsto the wrong building at Springside Complex. Operator said Biddle building , I asked her are you sure it's not the Conner building. Oh no it's the Biddle. WRONG. Thanks for the unnecessary run around to find your location.

Terrible service. First off, they don't take appointments for Xrays. Then when I got there they said it would be a 30 minute wait. Okay, I can do that. Filled out forms. 15 minutes into my 30 minute wait, they said it would be another hour. I saw where this was going and left. No apology from them or anything.I know this might be a crazy idea, but TAKE APPOINTMENTS. That way you don't have people waiting for hours. Completely ridiculous. Mismanaged service. But when you are the only game in town in the medical field, you are allowed to be incompetent unfortunately..

Called two times to get an appointment each time placed on hold and waited for over 15 minutes with no answer ended up scheduling elsewhere

I called early, phone answered on second ring. The operator was delightful, helpful and got an appt all less than five minutes. Good job!
