The ladies at Lancaster pike were knowledgeable and informed me I could go to any concentra location. Very pleasant and kind. Also I would say exactly the same for the staff at the Newark location in the strip mall.

You definitely have to get there early. Depending on what services you are receiving, you could be there for 2 hours. A urine test was quick. I have no complaints. Everyone that I encountered was respectful and professional
