Terrible experience, one which forced us to join BJs: About 8 months ago, my wife was 9 pregnant with our second child. Naturally, she wasn’t up for walking around Coscos for an hour to grocery shop. So, I went to the store for her. I did my walk around, filled up a full cart, and proceeded to check out. Upon getting up to the front and in line, someone asked to see my Cosco membership card. So, I presented them with my wife’s Cosco membership that had her picture on it. I explained that she’s my wife and is 9 months pregnant, hence her not being here with me. This girl couldn’t have cared less, and turned me away and to the direction of her manager. After I explained to him my situations, he dismissed me and said “sorry, no exceptions.” I then called the wife and had her try and speak to him. This man told my 9 month old pregnant wife, “sorry, not my problem,” and hung up on her. I was furious. Needless to say we haven’t been back. I made one small attempt to voice this complaint via the phone, but was unsuccessful getting through to anyone. Writing this out, rehashing it all gets me mad all over again. Good job Costco, you lost a loyal longtime customer for your LACK of compassion and customer service.

Have been waiting for an hour to purchase a car battery. The sales associate told us to wait a minute and disappeared 40 minutes ago!! Even people with appointments are waiting 30 - 45 minutes after their appointment date! Would definitely not recommend this place!

The absolute most packed Costco I've ever been in, and that's saying something

Granted, we love Costco. It seems this is one of the bigger Costco stores. For us this was the perfect place to fuel up and pick up some liquor before we proceeded down the Delmarva. That it is tax free in Delaware saves a couple bucks, always a pleasant surprise.
The gas line moved quickly, more so than in our home state of NJ, where attendants must pump your gas.
The location is great: just about every highway in the state goes past it.
As with all Costcos, it's clean, and the staff is excellent.
Yay Costco!

I loved costcos medjool dates and i bought them regularly till date. Offlate i was seeing the quality degrade by having mixed quality dates packed together, one can easily notice that because medjool dates as soft and gooey while the other ones were dry, but i chose to ignore. This time i found black fungus in the date(pic attached). I dont expect this quality from costco and I dont see myself buying medjool from costco anymore

Always have great items. This one also sells alcohol at amazing prices. The Costcos in Maryland don't. It would be better if the did.
