As a new customer to extra space, they have been nothing but helpful and kind. I got the wrong size unit and out of courtesy they waived the fee of transferring units and got that done for me immediately with no issues. And was just very kind. The prices for the units are impeccable.

Super easy set up and move in. This location has plenty of carts and is clean and well lit. I reserved my unit online and it was ready when we arrived, with a welcome packet waiting inside. This made it so easy.
We only had to talk with the staff to return the lock we didn't need. Christine was kind and quick to help!
Highly recommend here for your storage needs.

Held my entire place I used to live in, in one 9x10 storage unit. The place was very nice and well kept. In and out to grab stuff was not an issue. Customer Service went out of their way to make my experience very beneficial. I highly recommend this place. Reasons why: Price, location, size, service. Very happy with my experience with this company! Thank you for holding on to my storage for me!
