Do not go to this pharmacy unless you 100 percent have too! Made me feel like I was less important then other patients when I was out of my medication! Blamed another pharmacy for not picking up and was told to call them myself. I did call them they picked up right away. Only reason why i had to go to them was because my insurance only was covered by them and I was out ofv medication no wonder this store has a 2.5 stars! If we pay for insurance we should get quality care not just at hospitals but at pharmacies too!

Everything about CVS is Just awful. This store is inept on so many levels. Their pharmacist not only refuses to explain things when asked questions about medication she literally ignored my husband in the middle of a conversation about very important medicine and just walked away. I have been hung up on, given attitude, and not told that a medicine was on hold. And good luck trying to call as the phone goes straight to voicemail. Unfortunately, we have to use CVS/Caremark for our prescriptions due to insurance. It’s just so frustrating.

I would like to share my experience with Saraya. She's always helpful, courteous and very friendly. She's always goes the extra mile. I watched Saraya while waiting for help at the consultation booth. She was doing her job and assisting her coworkers. We need my people like Saraya working at CVS.

The level of incompetence at this pharmacy is staggering! They never have meds ready on time, over charge 70% of the time, you have to leave a voice mail for a return call at their convenience, and to top it all of the staff is rude and uneducated. I switched to walgreens, Much better!!

Ordered a medical product from CVS online for pickup at the store. The store substituted a different product from a different manufacturer that would have cost about $1.50 less elsewhere. They did not bother to get my consent before changing the products. The product they changed it to doesn't even show up on their website! I had someone else pick it up at the store so now I have to return the item.

Wish I could leave zero stars! The pharmacist, the short one with the glasses is the absolute worst. She literally has the worst attitude think she’s better than everybody else because she has a degree. I don’t even understand how a company would let somebody that arrogant and ignorant run their pharmacy if you say something back to her that she doesn’t want to hear, she refuses to fill your prescriptions anymore. She’s an absolute horrible person with no compassion for anybody else.

Usually good if you drop off a prescription. Pickup is easy and usually does not take too long. If you try to call them though, you have to leave a voicemail and wait all day for a response. I was just trying to see if they received the call in prescription and waited all day for a response. I had the prescription called to another pharmacy where we could reach someone.

My husband tested positive for Covid again after finishing his meds, getting better, and rebounded. His doctor prescribed the same med and the pharmacist had no issue filling it until I picked up. They asked for insurance which I provided, and then proceeded to tell me she would not be filling it. I didn't not ask for the or to be ran through insurance, I was there to pick up and bring the meds home. She would not give me the med, I said this situation was stupid and THE PHARMACIST then CALLED ME STUPID. Very professional of her. This store is the worst I have ever been too. No wonder this world is the way it is. She shouldn't be working with the public. I won't even get started on the things she said to my husband.

If you order online or by phone, do not trust the pickup time promised. It. Is. A. Lie. You need to call and see if it's ready (it will not be). If you allow them to text you, don't go until they text you it's ready (and cross your fingers). The only reason we use CVS is because our criminal insurance company (they're all criminals, Universal Healthcare Now!) get kickbacks to make them the only pharmacy we can use. We're shopping for a different CVS, but so far, they all seem bad.
