Usually good if you drop off a prescription. Pickup is easy and usually does not take too long. If you try to call them though, you have to leave a voicemail and wait all day for a response. I was just trying to see if they received the call in prescription and waited all day for a response. I had the prescription called to another pharmacy where we could reach someone.

Pharmacy assistant suck. Don’t say hello. Rude. The last time I was there shoved the drawer open and my items fell to the ground in the drive thru. ?.

My husband tested positive for Covid again after finishing his meds, getting better, and rebounded. His doctor prescribed the same med and the pharmacist had no issue filling it until I picked up. They asked for insurance which I provided, and then proceeded to tell me she would not be filling it. I didn't not ask for the or to be ran through insurance, I was there to pick up and bring the meds home. She would not give me the med, I said this situation was stupid and THE PHARMACIST then CALLED ME STUPID. Very professional of her. This store is the worst I have ever been too. No wonder this world is the way it is. She shouldn't be working with the public. I won't even get started on the things she said to my husband.

If you order online or by phone, do not trust the pickup time promised. It. Is. A. Lie. You need to call and see if it's ready (it will not be). If you allow them to text you, don't go until they text you it's ready (and cross your fingers). The only reason we use CVS is because our criminal insurance company (they're all criminals, Universal Healthcare Now!) get kickbacks to make them the only pharmacy we can use. We're shopping for a different CVS, but so far, they all seem bad.

Horrible, they don’t know how to properly apply insurance and they over charged me for medication after telling me they put in the insurance

I like this store. I have their app and I get rewards dollars and coupons for shopping there. They have a great selection of cosmetics. I've had photos printed without issues. I've never had a problem with the pharmacy, to me they are better than their competitor across the street. They have one self-scan register which makes it convenient to get in and out quickly. Overall, I always have a pleasant experience shopping at this CVS.

Friendly service but under staffed. Have front cashier also stocking shelves which makes it difficult for them. I guess just a sign of the times no one wants to work. Of course a bum is outside begging for money yet I'm sure he could get a. Job and earn money

Somehow, my wife's prescription refill for eyedrops which she has filled many times there on Chestnut Hill Rd., Your system must have had some chaos?? which ended with a call from the 317 East Orange, NJ CVS calling her to tell her that her prescription was ready to pick up - IN EAST ORANGE NEW JERSEY! It doesn't even seem possible, but when my wife called your CVS, she was told to call East Orange New Jersey??? For some reason East Orange has a call handler and a menu system and after choosing an option, she sat on hold for 30 min. and gave up. It wasn't long ago she had to switch from Walgreen due to insurance. Well she will likely be making another choice.

I hate going here for so many reasons. I only go when I am out of options. My pharmacy is closed on Saturdays so I told my doctor to send the prescription to cvs since they are open. I believe I went in on a Friday. The pharmacist was the WORST PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. So rude and condescending. I don’t understand why she can’t calmly interact with the customers and resolve the situation with them nicely. She was literally talking about me with the assistants right in front of me and she was avoiding looking at me. I had to get the insurance to call her and she still kept saying that I was in the wrong. When the situation was finally resolved and I could hear her saying that she was supposed to input something she didn’t. So the issue was from her, she did not tell me that it went through or what the issue was, because she made me stand there for almost 4 I swear to God it was 4 hours and she was so ashamed that she would not speak to me after that. It’s so heartbreaking that with all the bad complaints about her she’s still there. I told my doctor to stop sending my prescriptions to cvs. The staff has some attitude too. My BEST CVS experiences where always with Joseph and Yissel. Such wonderful attitude, smiles and so patient the customers. These two are the only reason I consider going there although I have not seen Joseph there for a while, it’s always nice to see Yissel. Maybe if we wanna keep the doors open we should make some changes, no?

The pharmacy is understaffed and at times rude. I really hate the my insurances forces us to go here. When you have trouble with a prescription or need a prescription renewed with your doctor, they are typically of very little help.
