I really like CVS overall but I will avoid the Corner Ketch store in Delaware and instead go to the Telegraph store in Delaware due to the management at Corner Ketch.

Customer service is absolutely the worst. Avoid this location, as they do not help navigate the intricacies of the healthcare system. Pharmacist and pharm tech were rude as described in other reviews here. Must be nice to be a healthcare professional and treat people so unprofessionally.

The bathrooms are always filthy and ALWAYS smell very strongly of urine.

The people in the pharmacy really don't know how to process certain types of prescriptions. I had 6 teeth pulled and the pain killer was wearing off. I started bleeding and was in a great deal of pain.
They would not honor a script from the doctor in PA because it wasn't written on a certain type of paper.
They sent me all the way near Kennett Square to get the script filled. By then, blood was running out of my mouth.
The pharmacist at that store just called the doctor and had it faxed in. She said Corner Ketch could have done the same thing.
By then, the pain was so bad I had to call someone to bring me home.

Took over 10 calls and multiple voicemails to ask a simple question of “is my medicine still available” and was unsuccessful. Go to another pharmacy they are too busy to give proper support

This review is for the pharmacy… first you cannot speak with a pharmacist they transfer you to a voice recorder that refuses to transfer you to a live person. How can a recorder interact with you when you have a question regarding your drug interaction it impossible. Now I have to make a trip to pharmacy to ask a question which doesn’t make sense. It’s to bad that Rite Aid closed because now I’m left with CVS or Walgreens and they both is just as bad as the other

Do not use this pharmacy. The communicate at this pharmacy is terrible. The store notified me of my prescription to pick it up and when I got there they wouldn’t let me get it because it expired. No one notified me before it expired. I got me message and email to pick up after it expired! No one was helpful at all. Will not go back.

Good supply of items. Pharmacy is hit or miss, usually very busy. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not. They did get a big uptick in business when Rite Aid closed, so maybe it will level out

Easily the least competent pharmacy I have ever been to.
