The instructor is absolutely disrespectful, I'm happy to say I'm going somewhere else.

I am new to the area and am a freshman in college. The people here are very friendly and were helpful to my transition here. Josh and Mr. Sachetti are also good teachers and I look forward to every class.

I’ve been training here for a year now and I have to say I very much enjoy it. The people here are welcoming and try to build you from the ground up. They are patient, personal, and enjoy teaching and training. In the past year I’ve grown very passionate about this sport and this gym has helped me develop strong skills both on and off the mat. It is both challenging and rewarding. I can honestly say that my only regret is not starting here sooner. I appreciate the progress that I’ve made this far, as well as the friendships.

Love the training I get here, everyone is super cool and willing to help you learn and train, and Josh is a great teacher. Would recommend if you are looking into learning a martial art.

The manner in which Jiu-Jitsu is taught to you is highly intuitive through its grappling and learning it along as you wrestle. I wish to thank this school for helping me to "empty my mind" and not think about how I learn my technique through wrestling but instead feel and react.

Great people here. I learned a lot and had a good time. Mr. Sachetti was a good instructor and his son Josh was amazing and patient. My issue was outside of the Jiu Jitsu class. Mr. Sachetti seemed like he was always trying to shake more money out of me pushing to take many more classes on me that I couldn't quite afford. Worst of all when the pandemic hit the gym was closed for months and I was still charged due to "the contract". We spoke many times and I tried to explain why this wasn't right and he proceeded to bend the words in the contract to make them suit the pandemic. I do understand he needs to make his living too, but the behavior I've seen from him outside the mat was unacceptable.

I will be brutally honest. I am a lazy man who cannot spend hours a day practicing martial arts. That being established, I am quite enamored by the practical aspects of Strategic Fight Axiom, which from day 1 teaches you how to protect yourself in a fight. Super practical, and that is the way that I like it. Furthermore, their Pekitri-Tirsha teaches you to strike for the weak spots (i.e. eardrums, eye, groin etc.) and gives you a chance to stand up to a MMA fighter or even Mike Tyson. This practical school will continue to receive my money.

EDIT: my previous review was just an honest opinion on how I felt after leaving my free class. After talking to Mr. Sachetti, I'm very pleased with how everything went and how professional he is. thank you!!
