Owner is super weird, called to schedule mobile service and they said they weren't doing it because the weather was nasty. Sure thing, understandable. She says call back later in the week which I do, she says they aren't doing mobile service because it's too cold. Alrighty then, I called back a few minutes later same day to ask if it mattered if I had a garage and to try and schedule in shop repair and the owner answers and starts giving me a lecture about how he doesn't have to do work he doesn't want to? Guy wouldn't even let me talk he just kept going on and on while I was trying to schedule a service so eventually I just said thanks and hung up.
Dropped it to one star bc you're pretending you never spoke to me đ i sure do have the right shop

I called to schedule to have my windshield replaced in a work truck. They were able to fit me in the next day, and had the job done in just a few hours, for an extremely reasonable and fair price. Staff was friendly.

Safelite wanted 14 business days to recieve and install the glass. Windshield Wizards did it in less than 24 hours! And they were 30% less expensive. Completely professional and courteous! Hope to never use them again.đ. But if you need glass done expertly and fast, Ryan is da man!

They fixed replaced my glass at a better cost out of pocket and set proper expectations in terms of installation time , cost and inspection

Had the absolute worst experience here. I work for a school and called to set up a vendor account with them to use them for our fleet of vehicles. The owner âbobâ emailed me a w-9 for them and I had them added as a vendor on my end. I called he made me an appointment and once the job was completed I was told my company couldnât pay my invoice. I stated that I wouldnât have brought the vehicle in if that was the case and didnât have a way to pay with a credit card as the company does not allow it. Bob told me that he chases enough people for money and putting me on a charge account for 1-2 jobs a year wasnât worth it so I needed a credit card to get my vehicle and he hung up on me. I have never in my life been talked to like this by a business owner and I am honestly very disgusted and will never use them again.

Had the windshield in stock. Had availability the Saturday morning that I called. Very good price! Very quick and thorough service. The technician let me know of the current state of the windshield mounting service and all problems that could be associated with it in the future. Very happy I came here.

I came and sat in the waiting room. The windshield took no more than an hour and a half and was priced really well. Seems to be really good quality. Would recommend to anyone

Dwayne is a great guy, very helpful, pleasant and polite.
