The staff was very friendly, filled out the paper work. Was in and out before my appointment. The woman who gave me the mammogram was very nice and polite. She made me feel comfortable.

The imaging tech was fantastic! The staff is very friendly. The office is clean. The online preregistration worked! The technician was fast and friendly. The changing rooms were secure and clean.

Stay away from DIN. These people don’t read MRI or xray well enough!!!!They completely missed a 3/8” bone fragment which was causing an excruciating amount of pain for 6 months while waiting for my knee replacement. My surgeon could’ve did a small surgery to remove the fragment and relieved 90% of the pain.STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

Yesterday 3/15/2024 was my first time I felt look over,I got there early 7:55am., appointment was 8:15am., was told to be there at 8am. Sign in and I sit down, other people came and was sign in before me, I got to see if my name was taken and it was,I should been call already. So I sit back down and waited, it wasn't called so I went to service desk and asked what was going on, first time in the 6 yrs I have been going to Delaware Image. One of the receptionist had took my name and put it aside and was waiting on people who came in after me.I was truly upset. Never thought I would experience it with Delaware Image, always made me feel welcomed and comfortable every time I come. She apologized, but I was already upset. My lady who examined my breast was so friendly and patient and understanding made me feel much better.
