No one said hello after we checked in through the new portal. With the new portal you don’t have to check in with a person, but no actual person acknowledged that we were there.

Dr Bachman makes you feel heard, understood, and hopeful! I have never walked away from a Dr consult feeling relief and truly cared for. She is wonderful. The scheduling staff was exceptional at getting me an appointment super quickly and easily.
