$58 dollars plus tip for a pedicure, and you have my toes shaped differently. The design is horrible and the only product you used was Vaseline. My flip flops and clothes have Vaseline all over from my leg and feet. Feels Disgusting! What a disgrace! Won’t be back that’s for sure!!!!

Ngoan has been doing my Nails & Pedicure for over a Year now. She does an EXCELLENT Job & is reasonably priced! Highly Recommend Diva Nails! 💅 If you want Nail gemstones 💎 & Wine 🍷 ? This is NOT the place for you & will spend $100 or more elsewhere! Why pay over $70+ for 2 extra things that's simply not worth it. But if you want Beautiful Long Lasting Gel Nails
then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Ngoan also uses sculpting gel as she knows I don't care for the traditional powder fill because when my nails grow & there is a gap between the fill & my citiculs, it snags my hair. AGAIN, I HONESTLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND NGOAN AT DIVA NAILS! 💅

I came in for an emergency nail repair and a fill. I asked for nail art and gemstones of some sort and was told no!!! My polish has bubbles in it and the lady barely said 2 words to me. Horrible horrible service. I wish I had waited for my regular nail girl but this is just unacceptable. No customer service, no hospitality, and using well used tools not cleaned!!!! Disgusting. The lady acted like she just wanted to get me out of the chair as soon as possible and I didn’t feel welcome. I’ll never go back and I suggest you find somewhere else to go too.

Nail tech was rude and very rough. She leaned my arm on a dirty jar instead of using an arm rest. A few times she hit my finger with the drill and was very rude about it and unapologetic.

Went to get a gel manicure. She only cut the cuticles and did nothing else it was not a manicure. Gel chipping already after 3 days. Customer service not good lady was on the phone most of the time. She kept buring me with the electric file and cut me didnt say sorry. She sits in chair #3. I wouldnt waste my money. Only person that does nails good is chair #1. They need better customer service and and qaulity service. That was my last time. It hardly busy there and i see why.

Long wait. Service wasn't great. Overpriced. Said $45 on the wall and they charged me $50. After I tipped $10. Not suggested.

Got pedicure and technician pinched my skin with the toe nail clipper and I screamed! She denied doing it, didn't apologize and never acknowledged what she did!!! I will never, ever go back!!!! Horrible service!!!

I walked in yesterday to get a full set. I was greeted and told someone would be with me. 15 minutes later, someone came out and said to have a seat he’d be with me in a few. About 10 more minutes go by and a Caucasian woman walked in. She was greeted, the same guy asked what she wanted. She said a full set, he sat her down and started working on her nails. I just walked out. Will NEVER go again, and will advise everyone else not to.

The worst nail salon. I asked for a French manicure and you can literally see where the acrylics were put on through my nails. And not to mention, I have cuts on my cuticles from her using the electric nail shaver on my skin and this was expensive. I paid over 55 dollars for this.
