I bought my mech 17 with the 3070ti back in 2022. Its been an incredible laptop and still has a lot of life left in it. Their customer service has been on point (shout out Mike). I'll definitely be buying from them again and have recommended them to by brother and friends who've also had good experiences with them.

Love this computer but when my screen went black I returned it (after getting technical advice from Matthew (he was super patient) and they fixed it no problem. They told me 2-3 weeks and it was 21/2 weeks. I recommend both laptop and customer service.

They're customer support team is amazing! Fast and quick response. Their laptops are top of the line, amazing company!
