this is my favorite location for renting cars! the staff is awesome, the cars are always clean and they’re really attentive to my needs with extends etc! 10/10 recommend.

10/10 customer service. Team was phenomenal. Super chill and nice. Answered questions, let me choose the car I liked, didn't ask about the dead body in the trunk, and they even had the AC running for me. 100% will be using them again.

Initially, I chose not to go with this specific location on Marrows rd. due to the reviews. As it turned out, not utilizing this location made life more complicated so I took a chance and I'm so glad that I did! From beginning to end I had a pleasant experience. I dealt with 3 different people and all 3 of them were polite, courteous, and well informed. Customer service was excellent and they made me feel like they actually cared. I would absolutely use this location again. I would also like to encourage other people that have a good experience to leave those reviews because people are so quick to leave the negative. Thanks again, Enterprise!

Just went to rent a car for my daughter, they needed over $700 up front for a deposit. (we just used enterprise in Miami and they did not ask for this). The woman ran my card, said it was declined and we left with no car. Came home and checked my account on my computer because I didn't think this was possible and THE CHARGE WAS THERE! Called and they deny it and said I should call my bank!! Beyond shady, worse incompetence ever by the woman at the front desk. Absolute lowest service ever! Do NOT use ENTERPRISE at Marrows road in Newark unless you want your credit card compromised!

I have been renting cars from enterprise on kirkwood highway for 3 years. They moved location. The staff at this marrows rd location were great. I had to rent 2 cars over the last month and even had to extend the one for a couple more days... no hassle at all. Cars were great. Clean. ????

Had to rent a car when mine was being serviced from an accident. I chose Enterprise as I had dealt with them in the past. A car was delivered to me and was not quite what I needed. Jasmine told me all I had to do was let my insurerer know and I was given a car more suited to my needs. Jasmine was very pleasant to deal with as was everyone I came into contact with at Enterprise ! Thank You for your outstanding service.

Service sucked. Car had a ton of miles on it. Service associates generally at Enterprise are terrible. So unhelpful. It was an inconvenience for them for me rent a car for 40 days and pay $1200. I’d recommend staying away from this company. Terrible.

Avoid this place….. accidentally closed out my reservation n left me stranded….. a half hour ago I started calling n still haven’t gotten an apology for their screw up, nothing but incompetence. Go to any other one but this one. You’ve been warned
