I highly recommend these guys. I have been doing business with them in several automobile related areas for nearly 30 years They are the real deal because they stand behind their actions with integrity and have always followed through in a meaningful ways !

Had a random car parked in my designated spot overnight so I called Ewing and they were able to come out within 20 minutes of calling to remove the unwanted vehicle. Thank you!

Super shady towing company. Will literally tow your car without finding out any details. Just making people's life worse. $250 charge is insane. Also the guy who tows cars is exteremely rude.

I was charged over $3500 for towing both of my cars I was out of town and not a single call or message was sent to me it stayed in their parking for over a month and they refused to negotiate a cent. Horrible human beings I hope one day they see the horrible things they do to others on their loved ones

I wish I could leave no stars! By far the most predatory towing company I’ve seen in all my life! They charged me $500 to get my truck out of town that had been stolen! I never even asked anyone to tow the vehicle I just wanted it back! However the victim paying $500 to recover their vehicle is an injustice! They could care less!

Had some hiccups but pick up was fairly easy. Yeah, they towed my car but for a legitimate reason. Understand that responsibility is really important as an adult, so stop blaming the towing company for doing their job.

It was a horrible situation getting towed for something stupid. They treated me well and were respectful. Thank you. .

Watch out! Never take your car to get serviced at this sham of a place. They simply make the majority of their money by towing cars off of private property you pay rent for & have permission to park at. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Who would’ve thought your own car could get towed out of your driveway overnight…. Charged a steep $210 to retrieve my vehicle after they towed it away improperly. THEY FAILED TO SEE THAT MY CAR IS AN AWD AND NEGLECTED TO USE A DOLLEY OR FLATBED WHEN TOWING IT AWAY. THEY THOUGHT IT WAS SMART TO USE A WHEEL LIFT! & they cannot convince me otherwise because I watched them tow it away. Anyone who knows anything about AWD cars knows this may cause some serious damage to the drivetrain or transmission in my vehicle down the line. If they didn’t know how to properly handle my vehicle what makes you think they will take good care of yours? Lastly, the people at Ewing who I spoke with and “helped” me seemed to have little to no remorse when explaining to them the misunderstanding of the situation. Please do better because there is certainly room for improvement. This proves what we already know that most car shops are not to be trusted with your vehicle, and this one unfortunately fits the description. All in a days work I guess.

Rudest people ever.
I came to get my car because it was towed from a place 15 minutes away. It was in the lot for 5 minutes until I came to claim it and they told me it was a total of $235 cash only. Although I had called previously and got told this range, they failed to mention it was cash only so I had to pay an additional fee. When I asked about the costs, they couldn’t even provide an explanation so it was unclear as to what I actually paid for. It seems like they made up numbers to get me to pay more and still was very unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I had asked if they could possibly give a lower cost, considering I’m a college student paying for other multiple expenses but the guy exactly said “No, there’s an atm right there to get cash.” Incredibly negative experience, hope to never be there again and if I do, it will mostly likely be another bad interaction.
Definitely avoid going here if you can, drive the extra mile to go somewhere else.

I have been there on more than 3 occasions. For major issues and every time they have solved my problems, none of them have been a recall or returned for any reason, everything has been fixed. No issues, and I am absolutely pleased. And satisfied with their work. Sorry for anyone who's been having any issues, but I am. Absolutely, appreciative for what they have done for my vehicle. No overpayments, I have checked around and then satisfied. We all can do the same. Never take for granted. That you don't have to check somewhere else.Thank you. And I will consider anyone that can use them to please ask questions and be more concerned about your vehicle when you go to them. And maybe the service will be able to help you more ask. All you can, and I'm sure they will be able to work with you on solving the issue on your vehicle. Have a blessed day.

I feel that this is an abuse. Instead of charging a moderate price to return the car, they want to hit you with $250.00 .. my car has its permit to be in the parking lot, but they want to tow it because the registration has expired, without me knowing it, instead of leaving a paper and saying look, if you don't have your car inspected by tomorrow, we will tow it away .. I didn't know that the registration had expired 1 month and 2 days ago, because DMV is not sending letters and I found out because I contacted a police officer when i call about my car been stolen. .. it's funny how I have had 5 different police patrols behind me this entire month and none of them stopped to give me a warning or a ticket, but these poor people for a month that my registration expired take it away .. the funniest thing is that there is in the same parking lot, there is a car with a Maryland tag without a parking permit or a temporary permit, but they don't take it away, there is another one with its registration expires and they don't take it either but my car that has permission to be in the parking lot they take it away, when I call to find out what happened to my car, the one who answered the phone was very cynical with me I even told him about the other cars and he cynically told me, no, we could take them because maybe we ran out of time... but he spoke to me with an attitude as if I was stupid, my daughter got angry and took my phone when he heard that she spoke English well, he got serious meanwhile, he was treating me cynically, as if I were stupid.. I am a single mother trying to survive and it is sad what these people are doing.. today I only had $22 in my bank account, on top of that it was my son's birthday today and I was looking for a gift for him even if it was small and I couldn't even do that right now I don't even have enough to do groceries at home for my 4 children.. you are abusers and inconsiderate people who want to charge people without knowing why what are those people going through.. it would be different if my car had been sitting there for more than 3 months without a parking permit and without registration.. it was the worst day of my life.. it's incredible how they abuse people who are screwing themselves to be able to survive in these times.. you should at least charge about $125 and if you spend a whole day in your shop they raise it to $250.. it's easy for you to make $250.. while I have to work 10 hours a day to be able to earn the money that was supposed to be for my children to eat, to now pay you.. and borrowing money is the least I like and I had to do it for the second time in my life thanks to these abusers.. because if my car stays there another hour I think they would be capable of charging me $300 or who knows how much more... the situation is incredible...

I had a very unusual service request that wasn't your normal car maintenance, but Ewing completed it really quickly and even better than I could've expected. They were all really friendly and did an amazing job. I'll definitely go back there when I need work done in the future. Thank you!

I was towed to this AWEFUL place that should be shut down & the owner should be charged with theft & breaking the law. After being quoted $250 & told after 11am everyday they add another $40 storage fee which would start after the first 24 hours he changed it to only if u pick it up within that 24hours then refused to take my Visa card as payment stating by law he can't take cards for road violations which it wasn't a violation then proceeded to yell at me when I asked him how it was a violation so after returning the next day at 10am with the cash he raises the price again claiming it's every calendar day & I don't listen to a word he didn't say 11am everyday he told me to leave and wasn't giving me my car. After threatening to call the police he finally takes my cash gives me a receipt which says on it they charge after 11am daily & his policy states they do take cards just not over the phone I get my car which was unlocked and gone threw all my paperwork from my glove box was on the floor the $10 I had in change in my center console was gone along with my jumper cables & some presents my kids just got for Christmas they left in the car. The owner refused to do anything about the situation claiming they don't go in the car & wouldn't want my stuff anyway. After looking up the law I found out he lied any form of payment can be made even for violations even though in my case it wasn't.The owner is a thief and preys on hard working people who can't afford to not get their cars out & makes them pay more then what his policy states he charges, has severe anger issues and clearly needs to educate himself on laws !

Had my Car on two different occasions and still didn’t fixed the issue, I was advised they shouldn’t even work on cars because they are really just a tow company, I would never go back to them never horrible horrible job
