This is my go-to location for print jobs, postage (personal and business), passport photos, and the like. Overall, I greatly appreciate the team's general willingness to help. While it's not perfect service, the team does work to meet customer needs whenever possible, and it is pretty good at sharing when it cannot. And many thanks for the recent print job to help make my son's birthday party special!

I came to this FedEx Office location to pick up a package, but the staff refused to release it unless I presented a government-issued photo ID. They pointed to a sign that clearly says the ID requirement is for shipping, not pickup. When I politely explained this, the staff insisted that it applied to pickups too — even though the sign does not mention pickups at all.
This was misleading and caused unnecessary inconvenience. If there’s a separate ID policy for pickups, it should be clearly communicated and not misrepresented by pointing to unrelated shipping rules. Very disappointing experience.
btw, I showed them a photo ID with my name and a letter with address from Government

There is a line formed up with 1 employee serving everyone- taking packages, snapping passport pictures.. But he is taking his sweet time, chatting with each customer. A second employee was taking a lunch break at 3:30 pm

I needed to ship something with a return label. I was told I needed to provide my account info and that they couldn't look it up. After struggling with their down system for about 15 minutes because it wouldn't send me a code to reset my password, the gentleman asks for my phone number, and wouldn't you know it, he actually could look up my number. So after going through the whole thing, we get to the end and the person helping me selects the wrong return address so we have to start all over. We eventually get to the end and he then says they can't do a return label. So after over 30 minutes of waiting around I end up having to leave with my package and now have to find a different service provider. At best they are incompetent, at worst they utilize weaponized ignorance. Unless you don't have another option I'd recommend shipping elsewhere.

Hmmm where do I get started? There’s nothing wrong with the front desk, but their pickup driver is really rude. I called to pick up some boxes yesterday, the driver does not show up at all even though it’s promised. The driver came this morning and refused to take boxes downstairs. There are eleven boxes and we had to tip the driver $20 for carrying JUST ONE 20lbs box.
I then called the customer service to file a complaint, and the guy who answered the call did not let me finish my words and then told me their service is down and nothing he could do.
I wish I can give negative stars.

I recently visited the FedEx office and was thoroughly impressed with the service. From a warm welcome as I entered to the incredibly fast service they provided, everything was top-notch. Baba is a great guy who has a warm conversation and makes the experience even more pleasant. Whether you’re in need of shipping, printing, or other business services, I highly recommend this FedEx location!
