After a completely nightmare, basement remodel, I called floor guard to come in and epoxy my basement floor. I love my floor. They were awesome. They answered my calls. They answered any Questions I may have had. Job was completed timely. In the end, I am completely completely happy.

Reid and his crew did a great job. I was impressed with the amount of curing time they gave between each layer. Most companies state that they could have gotten our job done in one long day or two days maximum. Frankly, I don't believe getting it done too quickly is a plus. When reading up on the process, it's better to allow for more curing time between layers, thus allowing for a more durable floor coating. We have a 27" high block knee wall. They took the time to put two coats on it (which other companies didn't offer). The job was just about 900ft2 of floor with another 60-80 ft2 of knee wall. The job took a week, which allowed for better curing time and was what was required for a durable and beautiful end product. Also, they carry all necessary insurances including Workers Comp insurance. Not all companies protect their employees and customers with this. I highly recommend Reid and his Floorguard company.

Not happy with floor quality, there are tire marks and will not come up no matter how much you wash them. We were told that this would not happen, unfortunately not true. Very disappointed based on the amount of money we spent on the floor.
