The hotel was clean. Unfortunately they double charged me for the 4 rooms I rented. I've been trying to call them for 3 days to correct, the phone rings but nobody ever picks up. I will continue to try and get them to remove the extra charges.

Great stay! The staff is amazing: Isaiah, Anna Lee, Katherine, and the bartender whose name I cannot remember. There was a hiccup with cleaning our room but everyone went out of their way to make it right. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We will return!

The hotel provided great services, however no one plowed or even cared to shovel the snow!! This storm took its toll on everyone, but to wake up everyday and to see your vehicle buried in the snow with the entrance not being plowed and no one to assist in helping you to shovel your way out each day it become frustrating.
