Freedom Cycle is a fantastic locally owned mom and pop facility and the best independent Harley shop all around. The customer service is phenomenal and amazing; the staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and treats customers like pure family. They are a rare breed of people and business who go above and beyond, offering great prices on Harley Davidson parts and repairs. They are very knowledgeable on the bikes and provide excellent maintenance, saving customers money and fixing issues others miss. The business is perfectly placed for a cruise and is highly recommended.

All I can say is the customer service at this place is phenomenal. I went in there for a part and I was questioning about some tires. I got a great price and they had me in-and-out within 2 hours. Best independent Harley shop all around. Staff is is super friendly, very knowledgeable….from the garage to parts store. My Harley feels better treated there than at the mothership.
