Honestly don’t know how to describe what I saw today. I normally go into this store once a week, always greeted with a friendly welcome and asked if I need help. Sometimes they are busy, but the second they free up they help me with something if I need it. Today was a very interesting day, I could tell one of the workers was new, as one of them was explaining how to do certain things, but I had no issues with them. My issues are with these 2 customers that were in the store, the one employee, who was more experienced and that, was trying to explain how everything worked and was going in depth about the return policy or a warranty policy, but the 2 customers were not having it and were continually yelling at him for not being able to break away from the company’s policy for them. I feel really bad for the workers as they didn’t deserve that kind of treatment, but the best thing is that once those customers finally left, everyone else in the store was happy when they did, the employees wiped their faces clean, and helped us with a smile on their face and answering questions with the best knowledge they could. They honestly deserve better, especially for how helpful they are, after watching them and listening to them during that exchange, I just had to leave this review on how good they are.

The boy that looks like Mclovin from super bad has the worst attitude. He speaks with a condescending tone and you can tell he does NOT want to be there. On top of that I preordered the Harry Potter game in the store and no one ever called me to pick it up… GREAT customer service… Just download your games online it’s less of a headache and unpleasant experience.

Their hours aren't accurate. On Saturday they are scheduled to open at 11. I got there at 11:15 and waited until 11:30 with no signs of life. No wonder the company is failing, they can't even adhere to their own schedule

Usually I try not to call gamestop if I can help it, but was very lucky!! The worker who answered was very helpful and gave me great advice. I was turned off Gamestop for a while when they messed up my last preorder, and it got lost in the mail (it was eventually fix but it was quite troublesome). This time, everything was very smooth! I think his name was Raul, I definitely will be coming back anytime I need assistance or simply want to buy a game. But I will never preorder online again. ? Live and learn!!

Suburban Plaza Game Stop…Absolutely the worst customer service. Went in to buy Christmas gifts and needed two Xbox’s. They had two in stock and one refurb. The lady asked what we assume to be the manager for them and he instantly jumped at her saying she needs to check first before saying the have them. Mind you she checked their computer system. Then he open a book and began with an attitude to explain his inventory process. Once he saw he had them he asked if we were pro members , we said no. Since we were not pro members he said one per customer, and we said well we are two different transactions. He informed us that he knew we were together and refused to sell them both unless we got a membership. So this employee lost a $1000 sale because he couldn’t not up sell for a pro pass, a $15 a year sale. Never again will we go there. I can see saving one for another family ok I get it but the attitude and rudeness is what pushed the review. Bad business game stop and if that’s not the owner of the business I really hope he can explain to the owner why he lost them $1000.00sales. Stay clear of the shady sales man!!!

Will never go back to this store. Can't keep consistent manager or employees. Very rude at pick up of product and have been going here for several years knowing previous managers. Never again. Heard comments on my way out to not come back when nothing was said on my part. Completely unacceptable

I went to this store and there was a sign up on the door, it said "will be back soon". After waiting like 25 mins the employee shows up inside the store and I said, hey it would be nice to say he back in 15 or so and he said "I don't have to say S***. It was the craziest thing cause here I've waited this time and then simply said maybe put a time n got nothing but a rude response. I've been a pro member since like 07 and now I'll never buy anything again from this company.

I usually like coming here browsing for some games. But today the door was locked and it didnt have a sign on the door or anything. After like 10 minutes of double checking online and finding out that they were in fact open today. So i went back to find the door was still locked. Lights are on, but nobody's home!

Went in hopes they would have a Zelda themed gift for a friend of mine, and the clerk (orange hair and wears glasses) was super helpful and found a great priced collector’s item!

PLEASE READ IF YOU PLAN ON BUYING POKEMON CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So today i purchased a tin of pokemon cards and assumed it would be safe because they were stored behind the counter but i was so wrong i found a card chip on the back and a pretty rare card but in bent condition i will be uploading the pics for reference so after that i called the store and asked for the manager and i did get ahold of him and informed him of my problem he then informed me that there was nothing that he can do and then told me to call customer service when i then contacted customer service i was then informed that the store is actually supposed to take care of it with that so if i cant trust the manager at the store would could i trust there?
