Mr Lean (I believe that was what I saw on his name-tag) was an excellent representative! I had received a Switch 2 from another Gamestop in the mail, and it was improperly packaged and thus arrived damaged. Within a few minutes they were able to return my defective Switch 2 and replace it with a new one with no hassle.
