Big shout out to the crew, I just happened to be in the area and tried my luck at getting a fitting for a new driver on Friday 7/18 and even though they were booked they managed to fit me into their schedule without disturbing scheduled appointments. I wish I got the manager (I think) name but the first question he had was, are you local? Being that I wasn't he used his resources to make sure I got taken care of. Top notch service and thank you Dawson for taking the time and effort to lock me into any easy decision on my new purchase!! Great team effort and I'll definitely be back!!!

Actually disappointed . Either short staff or bad customer service. No one approached me, and I was in there for at least 30 min walking around.

Got a custom fitting at this location. Andy was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient as this 6’4” guy had to choose between +1.5 and +2 on his club length. Kevin the pro was also helpful with swing tips and insight during the fitting. Would recommend these guys to others looking for a great club fitting experience!

Was just there to drop off clubs for a lie\\loft adjustment and swing weighted. Ryan did it all while I waited and gave me some helpful suggestions on club building for future use. Could NOT have been more pleased with his help. THANK YOU…

I stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon to pick up the clubs that my husband had re-gripped. I had my typically rambunctious and eager to help 3 year old with me but we had been stuck in traffic en route and she had fallen asleep in the car. So as I walked in carrying her in my arms I headed to the back counter to grab the clubs. After receiving them and an employee helping me navigate getting them in my arms whilst carrying my daughter I headed to the door, arms very full. #momlife I was stopped by Elmer Smith, who insisted to help me carry the clubs out all the way to my car. He even opened my lift gate for me. CHIVALRY IS NOT DEAD! While I could've made it, and would not have complained-Elmer assured me that the most important thing for him to do at that moment was to have a light conversation while helping someone who obviously had their hands full.
(Don't forget to ask for him for all your golfing needs!) Thank you, Elmer!

Went in for a club fitting and Andy made the experience so fun and easy! They are nice and the store is clean and they have a great selection. I also have taken and am still taking golf lessons there. Robert gave great tips and suggestions. Since my lessons with him, my skill has improved and I'm enjoying learning and playing the game.

Alex at the Newark,DE store is a very patient and knowledgeable. He and Kevin are great, they took time to make sure I was fitted properly. I have shopped at this location since the opening day and I will recommend Alex and Kevin to my friends and family. Thanks

I came for a driver fitting and Matt helped me. He was very professional and brought me a great selection of drivers he thought may be right for me. Overall I had a great experience and Matt was very helpful in finding the driver I will be using for the foreseeable future.

I waited in line to get a club head shafted for 10 minutes while the store associate talked to his friend instead of waiting on customers. Then when he finally waited on me he had a terrible attitude. Ill never shop Golf Galaxy again.

They have a great selection of golf bags and very helpful personnel. When I had a problem with a bag I bought they didn’t even hesitate before saying just give us that and pick out something else. Really superior service like this will make me want to shop at golf, Galaxy again. Way to go guys.

I was planning a surprise weekend for my Fiance, and to plan it out I was helped by Robert (Store Manager).I did a makeshift scavenger hunt for her to find roses. I picked 3 different businesses to place the roses where my Fiance would have an idea where our special weekend would be.It was a great weekend and I wanted to say I appreciate Robert for helping me with my special weekend and knowing how surprised when she got her rose.This was 5 ? ? ? ? ? Just had my first lesson this morning, after taking multiple lessons from another golf instructor I felt I needed a new perspective on what I was doing wrong, I constantly hit low right what is typically referred to as the “S” word ?. I changed my grip to a much stronger left hand grip which helped tremendously but still struggling to get the ball air born. After just one half hour lesson with hitting into the screen and monitoring my swing path he was able to help me with my rotation. I’ve always swing more with my shoulders and less hip movement through the ball it was an eye opener after watching the video. Can’t thank them enough
