I took my 15 year old in for a trim for his school pictures. They asked me if we wanted to have the same cut as last time I said yes. My son had beautiful pretty long hair. HAD is the word, instead of the trim, his hair was buzzed with a number 2. I could not stop the damage in time and after the first swipe was done, there really is nothing you can do. He is devistated to say the least. Yes it will grow back eventually. but the emotional damage from this cut will take a considerably much longer time to repair.

After waiting 10 minutes, I saw on the screen it said 47 minute wait. I asked if it was that long she said no. About 15 minutes later a woman came in after us said she had an appointment but she wasn’t in the book. Again another 15 minutes go by they called her up before us. They did not care about us. Wasted my time. Never returning.

Not friendly stylists at all. Looked like they were bored and you were bothering them by coming in to get your hair cut. Had no idea how to cut hair, very inexperienced. It seems they are straight out of school and have no one mentoring them. Terrible experience and will never go back ever….

Checked in on line said 5 in line and 24 min wait . Waited till said 2nd in line and 2 min wait to go into store and proceed to store. Advised female stylist my name and I was check in on line . After she finished with male in her chair she proceeded to take another female that was 2 names after me on wait list . I said I was next and she told me no other person next . If my name is number 1 and hers number 4 how is that possible . Why bother having check in on line ??? Very rude person - by way another gentleman also cancelled while I was there .

Y’all make sure you ask for Omar. That was the best haircut I’ve had at a great clips. He made it seem like I was at the barbershop I used to go to back home. Definitely coming here every time I’m on this side of town
